Ordered a large but got a small. Okay they fixed that problem at least but the bread was stale and the bacon was undercooked and barely any there. We regret coming here, should have gone to the new sub spot in Aurora called Grandma Loves You. Giving 3 stars because its good when fresh and done properly.

2 young employees explained right away they were low on toppings and offered solution.app was glitchy for my free birthday sub but they figured it out. Patient and helpful.

Visited today with my extended family including four kids. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the kids loved the opportunity to draw and have their drawings posted on the wall. Delicious subs and pickles! Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Mr. Sub location. Both workers behind the counter had long hair and were not wearing hair nets, which is a major hygiene concern. I’m not sure how they passed for food handling regulations. Another employee was walking around with AirPods in, which came across as completely unprofessional.

On top of that, the staff were extremely scarce with the toppings on our subs—as if they were running out of ingredients—which made the sandwiches feel and taste low-quality and not worth the price. Overall, the entire visit gave me the ick. I won’t be returning, and I hope management seriously addresses these issues.

This location especially delivers great value. Not skimping on toppings, and also polite, kind and efficient staff. Way better than going to McDons. Also the toppings are always fresh. If you’re gonna go get fast food, this is your best bet by far.

Went in for a promo. They didn't skimp out on ingredients, and treated it as a normal order. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Family run business so they definitely care about your experience. Will visit again.

The nicest staff, so I feel absolutely terrible. However, don’t go at lunch time. They need to hire more staff to help them. I waited my entire lunch break in line for my meal and had no time to eat. That’s a half an hour lunch break, spent half (at least) in line. In addition, the workers were screaming “hey google” every few minutes and the google device would repeat “I don’t understand”. So much chaos. They are using google as a timer instead of a normal timer and it just feels unprofessional. Your staff need help so please do not blame them.

Any bad reviews are liars. Mr. Sub in my region has always been the poor man’s subway (I’m so sorry) but this location is ridiculous. Fast, fresh, friendly, and every other F there might be. Hands down best chain sandwich ever.

Super disappointed in my experience at this location tonight. When walking in the person behind the counter was organizing their takeout bags and asked us to wait. After waiting for about five minutes, he finally came over and greeted us. My husband asked for a small meetball sub and the employee asked which bread he would, my husband responded with “surprise me it doesn’t matter” and he rolled his eyes. He then asked what I wanted and I explained I would like a large assorted sub. When we got to placing my toppings, I asked if he could please put lettuce and tomatoes and cut the tomatoes in half. He cut the tomatoes and placed the tomatoes down first and I politely asked if he could place the lettuce first instead. At this point, he took my tomatoes and threw it off onto the counter and slammed the drawers under the counter to go to the back to back to get more lettuce. He came back and threw the bag of lettuce on the counter and stormed off. At this point, another employee had to come from the back and immediately apologized and said he was in a bad mood because their systems were down. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with the way that I was made to feel when simply wanting to customize my sub, a place that is used to customizing subs for everybody. It’s absolutely ridiculous. How this employee had acted sour taste in my mouth about this location.
