I like how fresh the food tastes and the staff are very kind

We’ve tried many places before — including Magic Noodle and different ramen spots — but honestly, this ramen stood out as more flavorful and more satisfying. The broth was rich, deep, and comforting, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the beef was tender and full of taste. Every spoonful felt carefully made, not rushed.
You can really tell when a place puts heart into their food, and Noodle Max definitely does. This bowl was comforting, delicious, and far exceeded our expectations. If you’re a ramen lover and think you’ve tried it all — come here. You’ll taste the difference.

I was blown away by the beef stir-fry on round noodles as recommended. Very clean, quick and reasonably priced. I could have eaten these noodles for day. This meal stands tall on its own with no extra sauces or flavour required. This place is a hidden gem.

We ordered beef noodle, it really is just mediocre or less. The worst is the service - the waitress is very rude, and I don't believe she knows how to smile! The dining area isn't very clean. The tables are not cleaned property, there's oil stains, and food on the chairs. Make sure you check before sit!!!!

Restaurant is super casual. You can see supply boxes in plain sight, as well as a counter with chopsticks, napkins, jugs, etc.

I ordered liangpi with chilli oil sauce for $6.99, popcorn chicken for $7.99 and beef stir fry noodles for $14.99.

Of all three items, I’d only recommend the liangpi. It’s only available from Friday-Sunday, and I believe they only sell it during the summertime. I liked the flavours and the chilli oil was great; noodle texture was nice too. I’m just not a big fan of meatless dishes though.

I didn’t like the popcorn chicken because it’s just dry and felt chalky / powdery and wasn’t juicy and fragrant.

The beef stir fry noodle was made with round noodles, onions, cabbage and carrot. I thought it was alright, but a tad bit too salty and not enough wok hei.

Service was quick and attentive.

Delicious hot noodles and they arrive quickly.
The classic noodles are pretty thick, so next time I would go thin.

My only qualm is that the server was practically watching me eat, which was pretty uncomfortable. It's good to check on customers here and there, but standing on guard and watching is too awkward and creates pressure.

Our first time coming to noodle max and it was busy on a Friday night. We ordered their signature beef noodle and beef stir fry. Both came pretty quickly: The broth was flavourful (but a bit too much MSG) and the beef was tender, noodles were done just right. The beef stir fry was solid as well except the sauce got a bit watery at the end. Overall it was a good dining experience!
