Staff is friendly , we bought chicken shawarma it looks juicy and tasty .

Worst experience. They had served a full whole breast on the chicken on rocks, which usually has smaller pieces or minced chicken on it. When asked, the girl said, oh now have the minced chicken to serve and I cannot help you with the order because you ordered through doordash and she hung up. Wont recommend this location

Worst Experience Ever!
This place was absolutely terrible. The food was extremely spicy to the point where it was impossible to enjoy a single bite. It wasn’t just a little heat—it was overwhelming and careless cooking did by small tiny hair cut girl to make matters worse, I even found a hair in my meal, which is completely disgusting and unacceptable.

On top of that, the portion size was ridiculously small for the price they charge. Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I will never come back here and I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was also too spicy, the medium spicy level was like extremely spicy.

I’ve given this Osmow’s more than enough chances and every single time it’s been a disaster. First time I ordered, the onions were rotten. The next time, my chicken came out ice cold while the falafels were piping hot and tasted like straight-up garbage.

When I called in to complain, they told me to come back another day to get it replaced. I explained I was busy for the next couple of days and they said, “That’s fine, just come in later this week.” Fast forward I go in, and I’m met by an incredibly rude girl with glasses who tells me they can’t do anything because the manager isn’t in. I asked her to call the manager to sort it out since I don’t have the luxury of dropping in whenever they feel like it, but she flat-out refused and acted arrogant the entire time.

When I finally asked for her name so I could escalate to the manager or owner, she refused to give it. Completely unprofessional. I had to leave again without food after already wasting my money and time here.

Between the rotten produce, cold chicken, disgusting falafels, and rude staff who don’t stand behind their word, this location is an absolute joke. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else!

Ordered through DoorDash and incredibly disappointing experience. Chicken was stringy and fatty and the beef was tough and basically inedible. Only had maybe three bites before having to stop eating, complete waste of money. Normally enjoy eating Osmows but I think this may have turned me off from ordering from this franchise moving forward.
