I don’t understand what has been going on at this location over the past year. Cheap on the toppings and everything seems generally unfresh. The peppers they include with all pizza taste like dish soap and the color is just off like it’s old. I always give the benefit of the doubt but this has been taking place on every order this year. Management needs a wake up call. It’s unacceptable and disgusting.

I ordered a medium pizza and a bottle of Coke for pickup. The wait time was about 10–15 minutes, and I arrived right around that time. It was –1°C outside, and the door was locked since it was late, but the store was still open.
I knocked on the window multiple times, and the employee saw me but ignored me at least four or five times. Eventually, I gave up, left, and went to another pizza place.
A bit later, he called me to say the pizza was ready. When I told him I already got food elsewhere, he started swearing and cussing at me before hanging up.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I recently ordered from Papa John’s and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Although the service was nice and the staff were polite and efficient when taking my order, the pizza itself really fell short of expectations.
I specifically requested that my pizza be well done, but it arrived underbaked, soft, and lacking that crisp texture I was hoping for. The flavor was also bland and unseasoned, with very little taste overall — it honestly felt like it was missing the signature Papa John’s flavor I used to enjoy. Even the cheese and sauce didn’t seem balanced, leaving the whole pizza flat and uninspired.
While I appreciate the friendly service and prompt delivery, the quality of the food just didn’t match. For the price and reputation of Papa John’s, I expected something much better. Sadly, I won’t be ordering again anytime soon unless there’s a noticeable improvement in both the preparation and flavor.
horrible experience for a great place like this. we ordered a half vegeterian and half meat pizza because my friend is a vegetarian and we didnt want two separate pizzas. when we got the pizza, my friend’s half had lots of chicken under the cheese which he cannot eat. how hard is it to not put chicken on a vegetarian half?! the pizza tastes good and all but the fact that my friend couldn’t enjoy it is horrible and it cost 36$ for a tiny pizza!
