On my first visit Tammy was very helpful explaining how the menu worked and all the different sauces etc. We ordered a Philly Cheese steak, poutine, a burger with fries. The food was great and the topping were fresh.
Dropped into Philthy Philly’s for a late lunch with my son. The atmosphere was laid back, and the service was friendly. We appreciated chatting it up with Tyler, who was hospitable and more than willing to help us avoid my son’s food allergies — peanuts and sesame seeds. In addition to the hospitality, I was very impressed with how well maintained the restaurant feels. The washrooms are very clean, and their “share your business card” wall really reflects the pride they take in their service to the community. Overall, the food is fairly priced, delicious — comforting even — and served with professional courtesy. It quickly became one of my son’s favorite restaurants in the area — and mine as well.

Service was extremely slow. It took a very long time to order. They seemed more focused on the mobile orders than the customers who made the effort to visit in person. When food was finally ready, it was mediocre. This location used to be one of our favourites but not anymore. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning any time soon.

We had 3 poutines for take out. The potatoes looked delightful but were overpowered by the very salty poutine sauce, so I could not actually taste the flavour of either. Not sure that the others felt the same.

We had such a good experience at Philthy Philly’s in Aurora, and I have to give a big shoutout to Tammy! She was incredibly kind and welcoming — especially with my little daughter. It’s not always easy dining out with a young kid, but Tammy went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. She was so sweet and patient, even chatting with my daughter and helping us get everything we needed without us even having to ask. The food was amazing, but Tammy’s warm, thoughtful service is what really made our visit special. We’ll definitely be coming back — thank you, Tammy!

Uber order, kept jerking me around and cancelling drivers. After 4 different drivers canceled I called it and canceled the order. They refused to refund and charged me 25$
