So this review is based on experience with the staff not the food. I really enjoy their food which is disappointing since I won’t be going back, here’s why.
Went there for lunch, bill came which was around $38.50. I put two twenties on the tray, expecting my change back then I’d leave a $5 tip on the table. When the waitress seen the $40 she asked if I had any change which I was confused by, then looked at my partner and asked them if they had any change, we both said no. She then proceeded to tell us that the change from the $40 was not a 10% tip, it’s not enough money. She then processed to tell us that we dined in and didn’t take out so we have to tip. This felt so rude and entitled, especially because I had money to leave for a tip and when paying cash I always leave the tip on the table after the bill has been settled. Literally felt like I was eating at a restaurant in the states where staff chase you out the door if you don’t tip. After she says her piece about us not tipping she leaves and doesn’t take the tray with the bill or money, expecting us to put more down or take it back and pay card.
We ended up just putting the $5 on the table and left, but we will NOT be eating here again.
In my opinion tipping is not expected, it’s earned, and this “tipping culture” is way out of hand.

Ordered delivery and had pho, good. I would love to know what brand the hot sauce is 🤭
I came here with my friend since we never tried this location but the food unfortunately is mediocre and underwhelming. The pho broth wasn’t that good, the spring rolls wasn’t that good either, I tried eating it with sauce but still didn’t taste as good as other pho places. My friend ordered one of the tomato soup with beef and noodles but he said he didn’t like the noodles, the dish was overall okay at best. The service however was very good, quick service and also respected privacy when my friend and I stayed a bit to chat after eating.

Good food
Unprofessional Staff. I had a pho soup and I was not happy with the taste. I decided not to say anything and just not leave a tip. The waitress came and saw the bill I just paid and call me while I was heading out and said out loud that I didn’t leave a tip and that I have to leave 10%. I said “ok” then I wanted to go and she said again that I have to pay tip. I said “ is it mandatory?” She said no. I said “ok” then she continue her argument and I said “ I will not stand here arguing with you about leaving a tip that is not mandatory. And left. My stomach hurt to a point I threw up for the bad moment she made me experience in front of the people that were there eating. There could be many reasons why someone doesn’t leave a tip and it needs to be respected. Not for her to argue about it in front of others. Now I see that other posts talk about finding a worm in their food! I am more than sick now and it explains why the soup tasted awful ?

Finding a Pho restaurant in GTA is not very hard today, but finding a truly authentic pho is not easy. Pho Pad Thai in Aurora (Bayview and Wellington) serves a delicious variety of phos with a friendly service and honest pricing. Worth a little detour if you are looking for a quick lunch or dinner in Aurora. ??

Regular customer. Went in today for some food. Wanted to sit on the cushion table, waitress insists I sit in the middle of the room. I tell her I don't want to sit there, she insists. So I leave. I would have been there 30min and been gone. But nope, now I have to leave a 1star review.

Due to my gluten intolerance, I rarely dine at Asian restaurants. Pho Pad Thai in Aurora is one of my choices for a gluten-free-friendly Asian restaurant. The manager and staff are always helpful to provide a special list of food to meet my requirements. Highly recommended!
