I recieved a warm welcome from a genuine man. Walk in medium pepperoni was cooked beautifully. Definitely miles apart from pizza pizza. Well done staff and franchise owner. God bless you all for 2024.

I come a place where pizza is everything. And let me tell you pizza nova did not disappoint.Amazing pies and the chicken bites the kids ate them so fast I turned and they were gone!Excellent excellent excellent.If your from out of town looking to feed a small army this is the place.

Best pizza nova I’ve been too hands down. The owners are running a really good pizza shop here. Very nice ppl when you pick up as well.
Ordered 2 party size pizzas late at night for a total of $70, received 2 cardboard, inedible pizzas! They used old dough that crumbled and tasted bad, barely any meat and all outside slices were burned. The extra cheese we ordered, came as a burned block, floating on top of the pizza. When we went to pick up the pizza, the gentleman working was on the phone for a social call, he refused to get off the phone to pay attention to us while we picked up the pizza. Absolutely horrible, ruined my night and embarrassed me in front of my guests after I was raving so much about Pizza Nova to them. In exchange for this, I was offered store credit without any regard for the horrible experience, disappointment and let down.

We have ordered & picked up pizza many times from this location which means we liked it. However, we were not completely satisfied last 2 times since our order was not completely fulfilled; once the crust wasn't whole wheat, today the sauce was not pesto while I ordered a pesto pizza from the menu! If there's any issues, we expect transparent communication, otherwise we expect to receive the correct order.

Very poor quality….either too much dough or it’s under cooked. I don’t think they buy their cheese from head office….their cheese has the consistency of raw dough…not stringy at all. Terrible.

This review has nothing to do with the customer service. Their service is very good. The pizza was terrible. It was undercooked, meaning it was doughy. They also for some reason used very little sauce on my pizza. I barely tasted the tomato sauce. I called pizza nova customer service and they were kind enough to credit my money back but honestly, the pizza was bad enough that I ended up throwing it out. Pizza Nova is a great place but I think it was an accident and willing to give this location another try.
