The older man who runs the cash register is SO kind and unbelievably helpful. This man is a saint and I look forward to seeing him and his coworker. The food itself, I’ll admit isn’t the best when you get it freshly baked, but the slices they sell premade and then reheat are phenomenal. Would recommend to students

I'm writing to express concerns about the Pizza Nova location I visited. As a customer, I expect food to be prepared according to my order. When I ordered a vegetarian slice, I was surprised to find pepperoni on the side. Upon inquiry, the staff member confirmed that they prepare both vegetarian and meat slices on the same pizza and use the same blade for cutting.
I was disappointed with the staff's response to my concern. They seemed unapologetic and dismissive. One staff member, who identified himself as Muslim, argued that eating pepperoni was acceptable and implied that my concern was unwarranted.
To resolve this issue, I recommend that Pizza Nova corporate investigate this location and review their food preparation procedures to ensure they meet customer expectations. Specifically, they could consider:
1. Separating vegetarian and meat slices during preparation 2. Using separate blades for cutting different types of slices 3. Providing clearer labeling and communication about food preparation methods

Nothing amazing about a pepperoni pizza. A small pizza is $13, lacks flavor, the cheese is chewy. I can get the same pizza but much better at little caesars and it's a medium pizza for $9 including tax.

Every week due to my schedule, I always drop by to pick up a pizza 🍕 meal for my family and being doing this for the last five plus years and Daniel the pizza chef 👩🍳 always blows me away,, specially his Customer Care is incredible and impeccable to say the least…he’s the one reason I prefer the Bayview Avenue, Aurora Location… very impressive and very well executed each and every time.
We use to get from this location 6 yrs ago when we lived here and was good.We moved back and had it 3 times the last 2 was terrible we always order well done and the Pepperoni was half cooked was awful .I always ask when pick it up it's well done ,guy always says ya .No more for us here
