y'all gotta try their sushi menu which is available on certain weekends from Friday evening to Sunday, I am a lover of sushi pizza and this is by far the best ever!!!! the chirashi don is thick slices of fish and so so fresh, their raw fish is so fresh and I try to get it everytime it's available. Best to call first to check but even if you go and they don't have it, their ramen is the best, big portions and flavor is always on point.
We’ve been to Ramen Yutaka every two months or so and we’ve never been disappointed. On the contrary, the food is always amazing and full of flavours. Their ramen is the best we’ve ever had. Tried the beef tapas tonight and it was so good.
Just had the best mazesoba I've ever had. Incredibly delicious. I don't think the tofu skin belongs in there though, because the taste overpowers the rest of the dish. The egg was very good. Chicken tasted amazing. This meal was comparable if not better than some of the ramen I've had in Japan. I'm shocked there's such good food in Aurora!

Having lived in Japan for a long time, I find this ramen comparable to what you get from some ramen shops in Japan. At least the vegetarian version I had which had the sweet tofu and flavourful pickled eggs.

First experience dining at an authentic ramen restaurant. You will immediately notice the cleanliness of the restaurant and welcoming servers. We ordered the RED OIL and SPICY MISO ramen noodles… Wow they were full of flavour! The broth was rich and the noodles were fresh. Only down side was the price as $20 for a bowl of noodles is a little high.
Vegetarian options: Yes there are vegetarian ramen options.
Parking: Free parking.
Kid-friendliness: There were families with kids there.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs in our out of the restaurant or bathrooms.

The taste was not as good as other customers’ reviews suggested. The broth was lightly seasoned, and overall, it was overly sweet. Compared to 2-3 other Japanese ramen places, it was bland and lacked variety. The server spoke too softly and seemed unsteady when carrying the bowls. Using a tray might make it more stable.
However, the noodles were quite good, likely because they were handmade, and the tempura was tastier than the ramen. It’s worth trying once, but if you prefer bold flavors, you might want to skip this place.

Lot of flavors in the broth. Good food, getting good variety and authenticity and good place for friends to meet up and enjoy the environment.

Found this ramen place on Google map by accident. Dropped in to try their chicken broth ramen but ended up liking their grilled mackerel the most. Me and my spouse ordered the garlic oil ramen and spicy sesame oil ramen respectively. Price was kinda steep for a bowl of ramen as egg and nori are extra charges and the pork belly slice is too thin to my liking. Unfortunately we both felt the dashi in the broth was overly dominant, unbalanced imo, I couldn't taste any trace of chicken but maybe that's just me . Was informed by a very polite female server that this is the style for what we ordered, so for more chicken flavor we should order the more basic soy or salt version. I shall do so next time. So why 4 stars ? Because the grilled fish was amazing, grilled to perfection ! Been a long time since I've tasted such fat and juicy fish, crispy outside tender flaky oily inside. Was informed they have great tapas on Friday night and weekends. We will return to try again.

Amazing ramen place. The food is amazing and always consistent. The portion are perfect for us. You can either have pork or chicken with your ramen. And both are so tasty. The desserts taste great too. The people are very friendly and the place is nice and clean too.

Love the renovations! Staff is so kind, and the food always hits the spot. The ramen broth is clearly made with so much love as you can taste the quality. Their ramen egg is a must add-on! Could not recommend a better ramen place in the gta :)!
