Overall, the Ramen was amazing but if you are looking for good CUSTOMER SERVICE from the waiters/waitresses, better to go to a different Ramen restaurant. One of the younger female waitresses just walks past you constantly while you raise your hand for a good 1-2 minutes. Outrageous. Not to mention the lack of communication when bringing food or drinks over to the table from her, which made the experience very unwelcoming. The owner should monitor staff interactions with customers more, as I would have gave this restaurant a 4-5 star review overall, if the service was more welcoming.

We ordered “Yuzu Miso Oat “ and “Earl Gray Shio”
The Noodles were perfect texture, the soup was adequately hot and tasty for both.
Yuzu Miso Oat was creamy, maybe needed a bit more Yuzu flavor(just my preference).
Earl Gray Shio had complex taste of clam and some sweetness.
I enjoyed the journey of tasting the variety flavor in the both soup.
We tried one appetizer “ Unagi fried with tako”, which was also well-balanced.
Their Nori Seaweed topping was the biggest so far 😊with nice seaweed aroma.
You could feel the chef’s knife skills by eating the thinly sliced green onions.
Also, we really enjoyed the sophisticated conversation with Eunice and Christian.
Christian recommended me to add the egg since it doesn’t come with ramen, so we followed his advice 👍.
Thank you for your hospitality.
Next time we want to try your sushi pizza along with your noodles.

There is nothing in the area remotely close to this. The ramen was incredible, all ingredients were fresh, clean and tasty broth. The fish specials were amazing. One of the best rolls I’ve had in my life.

Tried the earl grey ramen, the earl grey flavour was super light, almost like the tea scent was just beside you as you ate. Definitely interesting to try but I would probably just get the shio or try another one of their ramens next time. The chicken is cooked sous vide so it’s super soft and tastes really great. The broth isn’t overly salty or oily and has a good taste, just wish the ramen came with egg without having to order. Their Asahi on tap is really good though, I find normally sapporo is default for most japanese restaurants so it was nice get draught asahi. The server was also very kind, and helpful, cute as well :3 Would def recommend if you’re in the area :)

I’m obsessed with this ramen place! I usually come here once a week because the food quality is always amazing. I’ve recommended it to so many friends and family — now they’re regular customers too! The service is fantastic and the food is super yummy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

I love the food . Excellent flavor and portions. Other ramen places do not compare. It is authentic ramen, and upscale in quality presentation and service.

I ordered the shio ramen along with a side of karaage. The shio ramen was… fine. It was decent enough, but nothing that really stood out—simple, straightforward, and lacking any memorable depth of flavor.
The real disappointment, though, was the karaage. The ginger flavor was overwhelmingly strong to the point of throwing the seasoning off balance entirely. On top of that, the batter was a miss—far from the light, crispy texture you’d expect from good karaage. Honestly, it was nowhere near the quality of proper Japanese fried chicken, and I’d even say it was worse than KFC chicken.
Overall, the meal left me underwhelmed, especially with how off the karaage was. Not a place I’d return to for fried chicken, and the ramen alone isn’t enough to make up for it.
