I have spent so much money here and given them many chances. Their mangos are sour all year round. I came before closing but the female employee with glasses rejected me and said she won't make anything while people in line were allowed. Horrible quality drinks and service. Waste of money go to another location

This would be a 5 if you'd bring back the blueberry fruit slush slush!!!!

Favourite bubble tea place. Can't go wrong with a green apple green tea with green apple jelly.
It would be nice if I could order ahead on the app though.

Mango slush doesn’t taste like the other locations. Just like ice and water. So strange. Zero mango flavour.

I was there about 15 mins before close on thanksgiving day, the lady working there said they don't have tea, fine I order mango diamond- she's like we don't have mango chunks fine again I asked to substitute it with pearls. Mind you I paid $9 for the drink even, I should have seen all the red flags and not gotten the worst drink. The slush was very watery, color was very dull yellow and the slush was sour to top it off she added just a few boba (not my first time having mango diamond, I am a usual since there's a location close to my work) ruined the whole mood because I specially went to get a nice drink. So now either I waste my money or just suck it up and drink it all . Maybe I unlocked a new fear of getting a bad real fruit and might never go to one again, should have read the reviews before going there. Please avoid at all costs.

This is how the drink looks inside, I didn’t order any protein powder, however she decided to add some sort of powder which Im not sure what is it!
That was for my kid!
Also I order two mango slush with mango chunks after I payed she remembers that they don’t have mango chunks and I told her we came there because of mango chunks !!
She said I find some , but honestly what I drank was all ice and sugar with no tase of mango !!
So disappointing!

Guys who made our drink was inconsiderate and placed the drink aggressively on the counter, making it splash out. Didn't like that we came close to closing time? And didnt want us there

Walked in at 7:56 just now to order 2 of the new mango drinks. The girl was very rude. Said I can’t order because she already counted the money and told me to leave. The open sign was on in the window still. She also was asking the people at the tables to leave at 7:57. Very terrible customer service.

Clean and always good. However customer service just wasn’t there. Normally when people walk into your establishment you greet them or say hello. Lady who was working didn’t smile, and did not look happy to take orders.Just a suggestion.. but your employees at this location should at least greet customers coming in.

The employees are lovely and I've had a good experience each time. I have to add that I absolutely LOVE the transition to paper straws and having non-dairy options for milk-based

I usually love Real Fruit Bubble Tea but their mango slush was incredibly disappointing as it tasted just like ice and diluted mango which didn’t give off a taste like other locations. Avoid this location at all costs if you like Mango…

The clerk said that the original milk tea sells well. It tastes really bad... This is the first time I drank such a bad milk tea... I wonder how it got such a high score? These are all ratings bought with money, right?
