I have been to Romy's a few times for lunch and the food and choices were excellent. I usually get their Haloumi chiabatta sandwich and it is delicious. Soups are very good, as is their coffee and service. Server is always pleasant and attentive. Great location if you live locally. Just need to make sure you reserve a table as it is quite popular and for good reason. Highly recommend it.

We just had our daughters First Communion reception at Romy's, and everything was fantastic. The dining room is very nice, the food was amazing, and there was a lot of it! No one left hungry, and all our guests loved every dish. Highly recommend Romy's for any private function. They were also very accommodating, allowing us to come early to decorate, they really do a great job.

Had a work luncheon at this beautiful, clean, intimate restaurant yesterday. We had a delicious and wonderful meal. We all tried various dishes and all were delicious, no complaints and Service was top notch! Thanks again for the great service and we will highly recommend this restaurant and definitely will be coming back again!
Vegetarian options: We had some ladies who chose the vegetable wrap and really enjoyed it!

Exquisite food, incredible service and a very warm ambience. This restaurant is every bit as good as the reviews suggest. The warmth and genuineness of Yuliya, the hostess, was endearing. Every single thing we had was blow-your-socks-off delicious. We had the Mediterranean chicken sandwich, the halloumi sandwich, the carrot ginger coriander soup, the salted caramel cheesecake, mango rice pudding and coffee - wow! just wow!

Our group of friends tried Romy's based on the other Google reviews and Wow! They were right. This place is a gem. In the hubbub of conversation, it was funny to see each person trying their butternut squash soup. They'd suddenly look amazed and declare how excellent it was, because they hadn't noticed their friends all say the same thing.The decor is modern, clean but still welcoming. The server was kind and attentive. Prices and portion sizes are perfect.Be aware that washrooms are downstairs if you have mobility issues. The best parking is the free public lot right behind the restaurant.
Parking: Make sure to use the free public parking lot right behind the restaurant. Be aware there is a walk-through to Yonge Street between the buildings with about 10 stairs and a railing.
