Love the food, love the people working there, however the restaurant is honestly freezing in the winter time, there’s many windows which no doubt are adding to the issue, but it makes me dread having to eat my food inside the restaurant.

Used to be a decent place, but lately level of service decreased below acceptable.
I don't want my food to be handled by employees who behave as if clients distract them, don't make an eye contact, and make dismissive gestures towards the client while arguing who's turn it is to work the cash machine.
Quality of burgers isn't that great, everything is overpriced, and on top of all that new employees remind me of an awful service typical for rural Ontario, where lazy high school dropouts try to do as little work as possible while still holding on to a paycheck.
EDIT: Changed my review to 3 stars, as it was an isolated experience, and judging by the owner response they will fix the issues.

I been here many times and not always impressed.This time was great service, looks like new owners or staffing improvements. Everyone spoke English properly, food was correct and put together neatly. It was all canadians students working (great job owner). Place was immaculate and each person was doing something, not on phones. I will be returning soon.

I and my family went to this location for some burger and fries but we all got really sick. All of our stomachs were hurting at night and my daughter started getting chills and high fever. The food didn’t taste great. There weren’t a lot of customers and they took long to prepare the meals. We were ok waiting.. we would rather wait to have a meal well made than under cooked. But it still didn’t taste great! We weren’t quite happy with the service either as we kept asking for the wifi password for guests at their restaurant and they wouldn’t give us a straight answer. Basically, they had a wifi i.d for guests but no internet . So weird. It was also quite cold inside the restaurant so we sat eating our meals with our winter jackets on. Maybe thats why my daughter got chills at night.. she was the only one who removed her jacket. I would never go back here or recommend this location to anyone. ?

The service was pretty slow considering I only ordered fries & gravy. They had an order that they were preparing ahead of mine, but there were 4 girls behind the counter so one could have easily put the fries on quickly instead of have me wait about 10 minutes for fries..of all things. The gravy was ok... a bit watery if you ask me but my husband liked it.Overall, pretty good, food wise, decently clean place but slow service. That absolutely needs to pick up..especially at 630pm.
