Ordered a Flat White and went to pay. Machine was handed to me and cashier told me to pick an option. 3 options on the machine. First one said tip $1 dollar, second option $2 and third option was $5.

My drink cost under $5. What is going on here? Tipping culture is out of control. At least go back and add percentage as an option. Why is this okay? Do better Star bucks

They’re so busy it’s hard to even ask whether your mobile order is ready… and they ignore you if you’re waiting. Waited 20 minutes inside to skip the long drive through line and in the end they told me it was my fault for putting the drive through option. Come on :/

Quality is not a random thing and it is the result of the efforts of a very large group, so far I have not seen a product with the quality of Starbucks in Canada and it is appreciated for this.

Decent size Starbucks with a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. The day we came their blender was broken so we could not get any of the blended drinks which was disappointing. Service is a little slow. The place is very clean.

Disappointing Service Experience at Drive-Through

I've been a loyal customer at Starbucks for over 15 years, visiting nearly every day, but my recent experience left me incredibly disappointed. During my visit on July 4th 3pm at the drive-through, I placed an order for several items. Unfortunately, I realized that She had forgotten to include one of the items.

I returned to the store and informed her of the mistake. Instead of apologizing or attempting to rectify the error, she appeared disinterested and made no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Her demeanor was indifferent and lacked the basic courtesy I've come to expect from Starbucks employees.

As someone who values exceptional customer service, this experience was particularly disheartening. When mistakes happen, a sincere apology and effort to make things right can make a world of difference. Unfortunately, her behaviour fell short of these expectations.

I hope this feedback reaches the management team so that necessary steps can be taken to ensure all customers receive the high standard of service Starbucks is known for. I appreciate the opportunity to share my concerns and look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

On Saturday June 8th 8:40pm, we went into Starbucks to receive my drink, it didn’t taste like my normal açai, I told the worker there and she had a bad attitude and kept saying “ cool “. She was very rude and kept raising her voice at us, she didn’t let us tell her our needs but instead made the same exact drink the same way even though that wasn’t the case. Overall the experience there wasn’t that pleasant, very disappointed.

I WISH I GOT THE NAME of the VERY nice gentleman in the beanie serving the drive through today (April 20) who noticed my drink looked a little off and had it re-made (quickly and efficiently) despite the usual business. I am a breastfeeding mom and I REALLY appreciate this kind of attention to detail and compassion to make sure everything is made just right. THANK YOU.
