Wonderful experience because of Anita!! I came to this Starbucks earlier today because my drink was made with the wrong type of milk and I’m lactose intolerant. I admit when I came in I was very short with the supervisor but she was so lovely the entire time and as incredibly patient with me. She greeted me with a smile and even though I could tell she was stressed out since she was busy, she was attentive and kind the entire time. I’ll definitely be back here because of this experience!!

Ordered an iced coffee and got a cup full of ice with barely any coffee. When I asked, the staff insisted “that’s how it’s made” with a straight face and a bad attitude. Feels like cheating customers. Won’t be coming back.

There's a great vibe in this location! The staff is very friendly, professional and work hard. The location is busy with people constantly coming in and out (a great sign). I often come here to think and write and I always make great progress in my work amongst the buzzing energy.

Ordered two drinks via mobile and picked up at the drive thru. Both drinks were wrong and not what was printed on the labels. Even Tim Hortons doesn’t screw up orders THAT badly. At least the manager was nice and offered to make it right.

The team at Bayview and Pedersen is truly one of the best. Even though there’s another location closer to my home, I always choose to come here because of how warm, professional, and welcoming everyone is — they make every visit worthwhile! From management to staff, the service is consistently top-notch! Whether I'm by myself or with the family, the level of service never changes, and I always look forward to coming here!
As with all Starbucks locations, the experience is very much based on the staff on duty. The beverages here are always made very well and the washrooms are clean. This store seems to be slightly understaffed so the partners never really have a chance to clean the tables, and I see this on multiple occasions, where they would clean the tables very rarely.

Delightful staff here to go with the usual range of Starbucks products. Try the peach green tea, lemonade! It’s funny how even just a few seconds at a drive-thru window can brighten your day, with the right person smiling and handing your drink to you.
Always a pleasant exchange and a bright smile. Whoever finds the staff for this place is doing excellent work!
I placed a mobile order yesterday March 3rd, there is a huge chunk of something in the drink. I contacted the store to find out what it could possibly be since it was drunk by my 8 year old sister. They told me it was milk sediment from oat milk. The store supervisor that spoke to me was very rude and told be that 99% it was milk sediment, but later I took one of the piece out of the drink and washed it. It turns out it was one of the plastic lid from the milk carton blended into the drink. This has been a terrible experience, never come to this 129 Pedersen Dr, Aurora Starbucks for your own safety.
