The place was horribly unclean! Chairs ,tables and Floor every where was a mess, Had to wait 15 mins to get 2 coffee in front of the counter despite of the store being pretty quiet, since the staff didn’t ask for my name !

I tried to order my friend and I a drink and sandwiches for us but the machine wouldn’t work, Dylan came and was very helpful and patience and ended up letting me have my food for free. The food was delicious and so was the drinks, it was made extremely fast and I really appreciate how kind, supportive, and generous Dylan was.

I’m just really disappointed in my drinks lately, I go out of my way to the other side of town to the other Starbucks sadly! People at this location are nice, I’m just not a fan of how they make my drink! :(

This is my most favourite Starbucks location!! The drinks are always perfect, little to no wait time, and most importantly, the staff is amazing! Every single barista I’ve talked to has been absolutely wonderful. Especially one named Alison, she was super welcoming and friendly <3

I came by yesterday during their red cup day, busiest day of the year for most workers, and I was amazed at the service I received.It was a rough morning for myself and my team, so I came by to order coffees and the staff was nothing shy of extraordinary.Allison went above and beyond to be gracious and kind while taking my order, being patient and answering every question I had.Ashley served me some beautifully made drinks that my coworkers enjoyed every sip of.I came by to post this review a few hours ago and saw a comment listed below that put the amazing baristas who work here in a bad light.I come to this location most days, about 5 days a week and have never seen them working as efficiently and amazing as they were yesterday.I wanted to showcase these two specifically after seeing that review in hopes that they see this and it makes their days a little brighter.Let’s not forget that we’re all human, and putting out negative reviews such as the one I read does nothing but hurt the people who work here that always go above and beyond, and even if they were having a bad day or a bad moment, it should never be broadcasted in such a distasteful and disrespectful way as it was written here.Love this store and this staffing, will always recommend everyone to come here.Expect to see much more of my friends and family Starbucks Ransom! xx

EDIT:Alison has reached out leaving a review in response to mine stating that “(She has) no idea what (I am) referring to because none of this happened. All of our baristas on shift today can confirm this.“ However, how can other baristas confirm this when your back is turned to them while taking a customers order? I was the one in front of you, receiving your service and unpleasant attitude. I’ve never left a Starbucks so unhappy with how I was served a drink or treated as a customer. And as someone who’s worked in the service industry, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt especially since I frequent this location but to look me up and down because I asked for a free cup that’s advertised?? It’s disappointing and honestly humiliating… I will be reaching out to your manager to discuss this further but I will not take this review down so anyone who visits this place will be aware of how certain employees treat individuals.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEHorrible customer service from employees especially one named Alison and another individual with blonde hair at this location. I went in on November 16 around 6:30am, they weren’t busy at all inside or at the drive thru. All the employees were standing around chit chatting so I was not greeted even while standing by the register. When Alison finally took my order, she was unpleasant and rude. I inquired about the red cup since I received an email and she rolled her eyes at me and looked me up and down as if I was beneath her.As someone who regularly frequents this location on the weekends, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. But this encounter was vastly different and I’m very very disappointed. Alison did not give even bare minimum customer service to me. I’m not sure if it’s because I came in my work clothes but her attitude was disgusting towards me, rolling your eyes when I’ve been nothing but patient and nice to her.As for my drink, I ordered a Grande iced chestnut praline latte with light whip. The barista who made my drink made it perfectly but when it was about to be topped with whipped cream, the petite blonde lady just slapped a lid on it and handed it to me. I politely asked her for some whip since it did indicate on the sticker “light whip”, she sighed and begrudgingly grabbed the whipped cream to top my drink off. She then proceeded to put the wrong lid again on my drink completely taking off the whipped cream. I asked for the lid for drinks with whipped cream politely and she huffs and puffs giving me the nitro lid. Once again, I asked for the correct lid and she rolls her eyes and with an annoyance in her voice asks me “so the dome lid? you should’ve said that.” At that point, her attitude was rude and horrible, I just wanted to get out of that store.Paying more than $10 for a drink and a muffin should not come with disgusting behaviour from not one, but MULTIPLE, employees. As the store was not busy and I was nothing but nice, I expect more. Very very disappointed.

My favourite Starbucks! Darius and Alison are always the most helpful when I come in the mornings! My coffee is always made to perfection and I get a nice chat with my favourite baristas.
