Went to subway with my friend today we wanted 2 steak and cheese subs but instead we got tuna because apparently we said tuna I don’t know how you could possibly hear tuna from steak n cheese theyre was another guy in line I didn’t wanna waste his time so me and my friend just buy for the tuna it tasted horrible we felt forced to eat this slop subway please hire staff who can hear properly I barely couldn’t hear the person working maybe she is shy but whatever I guess whatever floats your boat peace and love to everyone

Ordered a veggie sub. They just gave me 1 piece of cucumber, 1 piece tomato and 1-2 small onion. No Banana papers, No crispy onions. Not all sauce which I asked for. Did I pay 12$ for just bread? Never going to order again.

This is one of the worst locations in Newmarket Aurora. First of all the opening time is 9:00 a.m. weekdays and a lot of times when you show up at 9:00 a.m. or 9:05 nobody's there. Also , my daughter got sick after eating the meatball sandwich.

Got severely sick from a chicken bacon ranch on May 30th around 6pm. I ordered their Bacon chicken rancher (made as they have labelled) and about 30 minutes after getting home and eating it, I could not stop throwing up for a good 2 hours after.
Last time I'll go to subway.

Ordered footlong BLT which is supposed to have 12 pieces of bacon, this location shorted it to maybe 5 (see picture) to rip me off. I also ordered a fountain drink and discovered that this location had no diet fountain drinks. Asked for a drink refund and the girl argued about refunding drink money. I told her I was diabetic; she didn't care. Finally refunded money without the tax included and walked away. This took place on Apr. 10/25 at 10:02 am. I wish there was a manager/owner to witness this abuse. I have never had a problem at other locations. Head Office take note.
