I went for lunch today, at first I was dissatisfied, when I opened my sub. But I had called and the lady working was very nice, and fixed my sub. First photo is what I opened up and second photo is my replacement sub. Thank you for fixing my sub. I appreciate it.

I have gone to the location a couple times now and have never had any problems. Especially when Joe is the sandwich artist working, you are in good hands. They are friendly, helpful, and good at their job. I have had a regular order I go to, and they offered an improvement to that order that I have never regretted.

Very untrained and clueless worker left by himself up front. He literally could not tell us what was in any of the sandwiches, or try to find out. It's not his fault but Im not sure why he was left alone.
I was given a very small amount of veggies and meat, and absolutely no rice - in a RICE bowl!

Bought a steak rice bowl to go but did not open it till I got home. When I opened it, I noticed the subway “artist” forgot to put RICE in my rice bowl therefore effectively rendering it as just a bowl with lettuce and steak.
I've had several great experiences at this Subway. The staff, especially the younger employees, are consistently polite and provide excellent service. It's wonderful to see them giving opportunities to the younger generation and the positive impact it has on the customer experience. Highly recommended!
