This Place is amazing fresh, fast and friendly service especially the young dark haired guy so friendly. Only takes a few minutes. Lived in Aurora for over 20 years and just started grabbing breakfast to go on my way to work. The Toasted western is awesome, comes with home fries the best and coleslaw

Very nice employees. However, when I took the first sip of my tea, I noticed the cup had lipstick on it (maybe had not been cleaned properly). I didn't want to create a scene so I didn’t say anything but I don’t have any desire to return to this location now.

If you want a filling meal with fast service and a warm atmosphere, this location is for you. I came alone and was out within the hour, satiated and satisfied. Definitely ask for hot sauce with your breakfast wrap, that ties everything together!

I’ve been to many Sunset Grills, and this location gives the biggest portions with the best quality. Great people too!
Love the food and atmosphere here! I recently dined here with my family and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting. Royce, my server, was so friendly, attentive, and provided an amazing experience. I definitely will be coming back again when I am in town!!

We came here for a quick breakfast. The restaurant had roughly 11 tables full out of their 20 tables. About 6 of them were already served with food. We were told to pick where we wanted to sit.
After sitting down, it took a team of four servers 11 minutes to approach us and ask if we wanted coffee. There were no napkins, no sugar or creamers and no cutlery on the table.
One server, who seemed to be managing the entire floor on her own, came over to check on us and asked what we needed. I told her we had already placed our order, with a different server. While this one server was clearly working hard and paying attention to the customers, the other three servers were wrapping cutlery, giggling, and laughing in the corner instead of helping her manage the rest of the busy restaurant. It was disappointing to see her struggling while the others appeared indifferent.
Unfortunately, I can't eat potatoes, so I asked for a substitution. The server was reluctant to offer alternatives, unlike other locations. I unfortunately ended up settling for coleslaw....for breakfast.
The food arrived relatively quickly, which wasn’t surprising since it was just breakfast food. However, my partner tried the potatoes and found they were clearly reheated and excessively salty. As for my pancakes, they were stale and obviously reheated from the morning, which was very disappointing.
Something that really stood out was when a different server (not the one who originally took our order) temporarily left a chocolate milk on our table that was meant for another customer while she went to ring in our order. She later retrieved it and brought it to the correct table. While I’m sure it was just an oversight, it did seem like a potential health code issue and made me uneasy. I’d recommend that the staff be reminded of proper handling procedures to avoid situations like this in the future.
Overall, while the one hardworking server did her best under the circumstances, the lack of teamwork from the other staff and the poor food quality left me unimpressed

Couldn’t say enough wonderful things here! I take my mom (96)☺️here often..they greet us when we arrive, always remember her order, food comes quickly, they always offer her extra coffee.. her treat! AND open the doors for me when she is wheelchair bound. So personable and kind… such a treasure! Thank you!
