I recently visited Tori Sushi, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a relaxing meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
The menu offers an impressive variety of sushi options, and everything is beautifully presented. I tried a few signature rolls, and each one was fresh, flavorful, and creatively crafted. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the rice was perfectly seasoned, making each bite a delight. The quality of the ingredients really stood out, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.

Sushi Torii's quality has fallen off. Prior to 2020 the AYCE lunch and dinner was a fantastic local option that delivered quantity and quality. I revisited Sushi Torii for a Sunday night dinner and I was very disappointed in the food quality. The general tso chicken sauce was a spicy barbecue and the chicken katsu sauce was spicy barbecue (not Japanese curry). The shrimp tempura was soggy and a disappointment as well.The highlight of our dinner was the salmon sashimi and the salmon nigiri - it was thick and tasted fresh, but our AYCE dinner was NOT worth the $44.00 per person.

Although it's an AYCE restaurant, the basic item like salmon was neither fresh nor flavorful—it smelled bad and tasted overly greasy. The seasoning of all the dishes was strange across the board. The sushi was practically just plain rice, the rolls were bland, and even the tempura sauce lacked flavor—everything was disappointing. On top of that, the hand rolls contained almost a full bowl of rice each, which was overwhelming. Adding to the discomfort, there were live fish swimming in a tank in the middle of the restaurant, which felt unsettling for a place serving raw seafood.
But the worst part was the service. When we asked for the bill because we couldn't finish the food from our first order, the staff didn’t ask why the food was left or if anything was wrong. Instead, they rudely insisted, saying, "Try your best, eat more," and mentioned we’d be charged an extra $8 per person. I have no idea how this place has such high ratings—it was the worst dining experience of my life.
My family and I have been steadily coming to Torii Sushi for their AYCE dinner option. We highly recommend this place and cannot praise it enough. The food is always fresh and made to order. We've never had a disappointing meal or experience. The service here is also top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. They truly care about their guests and are courteous and polite. My whole family feel like VIPs at this restaurant! Definitely 2 thumbs up!!!

Excellent variety of vegetarian rolls. Service was fast and friendly. I would not come back though because I love sauces and the sauces that came with the cheese wontons and springs rolls were incredibly watered down. It was really disappointing.

***Beware! Spoiled sushi***
We ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats. The salmon sushi that we ordered was spoiled. The smell was unbearable. I called the restaurant and he argued with me that the salmon was fresh. This went on for a while and he refused to provide me with a full refund. I complained to Uber and got the refund. I sent them a picture of all of the food in the compost as there was no way we would eat any of it. Food poisoning is no joke, especially with spoiled sushi. I was incredibly upset that the person on the phone completely disregarded what I was telling him. We will never order from this place again
