It took 2 hours to have a basic meal with less than 1/4 of the restaurant full. What's the point of having a robot serving machine if the service time increases to 2 hours? It took a long time just to place an order and even longer to cash out. I've been to the cntower and got in and out faster than this experience at swiss chalet. And the cn tower meals were far more complicated. I wouldn't recommend dining in here if you value time.

Waited for take-out. Received food quickly, took it home (5 minutes away) and was very disappointed. Quarter dark meat was overcooked and dry. Baked potato was also very dry. I had to totally cover both in sauce in order for it to be edible. Not up to the standard I would expect from Swiss Chalet. I felt like the food had been sitting in a warmer for a period of time.

The washrooms were disgusting, with floors that were sticky, wet, or slippery. The entire place had an odor of burnt oil and grease. Visiting this location was a big mistake, and I will never return to any other Swiss Chalet branches again. The food tasted terrible, so we left our dishes uneaten. Lots of fruit flies. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Have had diner/lunch at the Henderson location on many occasions. There is a server named Jim that is fantastic. Attention to detail is second to none. Food and drinks come out quickly no matter how busy. Food hot, drinks cold. Can't thank jim enough for the attention and great food.

Aurora Swiss Chalet: Flys galore and no Air Conditioning in heat wave. Come on! For an established franchise like this?! Clean it up, and give it a fresh can of paint at the least for goodness sake! No wonder so many places going down the tubes to oblivion.
