Got a family pack as delivery, horrible dry chicken, looks like it's fried. It was much worst than grocery stores let alone a restaurant.

Just got a 1/4 chicken take out order. I have never seen a piece of chicken this small. Been there 3 times. Everytime I'm disappointed. Lesson learned.

I ordered a quarter chicken white meat with a salad on Saturday. I ended up with the worst food poisoning experience ever it's now Mon and I'm still not okay.

Eating in may be great but takeout is absolutely dreadful. I ordered 2 dark quarter chicken dinners and 1 Chalet salad. I got 2 dried up chicken legs no fries a bun and sauce in each box 2 Chalet salads. I had gone there because of a comment on a neighbourhood website. Having tried other franchises with no luck. I’m one of the lucky ones who remembers Swiss Chalet in the 50s when there were no franchises. It was to die for used to eat there two or three times a week. I can’t say how disappointed I am.

Always in the belief of supporting local, we placed a large order online for our meeting on Tuesday evening, February 13th, 2024 with our local Swiss Chalet in Aurora. To begin, the online ordering for large individual orders was not user friendly and awkward. Although order was for 7 dinners and separate dishes, you could only order a total of 6 butters and 4 packets of ketchup.Lots of going back to ensure orders were placed separately. When the order got here (pre-ordered for a specific time), the food was unevenly heated. This was not helped by your new environmentally friendly containers. The vegetables were ok but all the chicken ( both white and dark) was extremely dry ( like it had been under the heat lamp for some time) Since it was a large order, could you not have cut up a freshly cooked chicken? Online ordering gave you no choice as to whether you could get white or whole wheat bun. The buns itself were all whole wheat and hard as rock. Most disappointing and unsatisfactory. Will not place large order again.

The worst ribs Ive ever had. Swiss chalet has really gone downhill. We couldn’t even finish the meal it was so bad. I would STRONGLY recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I was surprised that they charge $4 system . If this is for online ordering, then isn't the system brings customers to you?On top of price increases they charge non sence fees, I think they ran out of idea, what to call the extra charges.Anyhow, I will not order, nor go to Swiss chalet anymore,Don't reconend,Go to small local businesses they need your business, they appriciate it more, and no none sence charges

I took out 29.99 meal deal of coupon with thighs and fry. The fry was awful to bite because it was too hard to bite. I never have this kind of fry. So disappointed.

I ordered 3 kids menu meals for our children, 2 chicken strips and one hamburger. The hamburger meal was not delivered. My options were cancel the hamburger or get a refund. Because I wanted my 3 year old daughter to have dinner I opted for another burger which was delivered over an hour later. I understand that it would take time to get another meal delivered but I'm extremely disappointed in the service that allowed it to not be delivered in the first place. I paid a delivery fee and a tip on top of the meal only to not have the meal sent correctly. Does no one check the orders before sending it out? They didn't even offer to refund the fee or offer anything for the inconvenience.Messaged customer service and the best they could was tell me they'll try and be better. Unacceptable remedy to the situation. I think moving forward I won't be ordering from Swiss Chalet anymore, service has gone downhill.

The nicest girls ever.Our uber driver never delivered our whole order, so we had to go to the store ourselves to pick it up. The girl on the line helped so much and even remade the whole order for us. 1000/10, love the service!!

Typical Swiss Chalet experience - terrible mgmt, completely indifferent to service quality. I ordered on Uber from this location for the first time, as my in-laws just moved into the area. Four dishes ordered, three with mistakes. I dealt with Uber on part of it but still wanted to speak to mgmt so they could be aware and hopefully address it.After many attempted calls, I finally got through and spoke to the manager (didn't give me her name) around 7pm, who told me 'deal with Uber, they forgot your salads'. I said 'did they go in the kitchen and put bacon and cheese on the plain baked potato I ordered'? She said I was being rude, and I said 'I'm practically begging you to apologize for this really bad experience...don't you want to try and address directly with the customer this situation so that I'll be a repeat customer'?Instead, she hung up on me.Very, very, very bad customer experience at Swiss Chalet. Do not deal with this location!
