Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. The female waiters is not very welcoming, the pho portion is very small and it's not good at all. I've been eating pho for over 20 years sorry to say this was the worst. Also we got egg noodle dish with seafood and again taste was off. Unfortunately the only good thing I can say about this restaurant is the male waiter was very nice, I think he was the owner or the chef.

This husband and. Wife team are super nice, super friendly and their pho is competitively priced and fresher than the others I’ve been to (and I’ve been to all of them. Never very busy (unfortunately), so very quick service. Highly recommended

Pho 478 is the BEST pho place. The food is insanely fresh, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The owners are so sweet and even came out to thank us for eating at their restaurant. If you’re looking for authentic vietnamese, this is the place to go! Please come by and support this small business, they deserve the world! And order the fresh rolls because they’re incredible!
I recently visited Pho 478 and ordered the Phở Chín—noodle soup with brisket. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, and the noodles had a satisfying bounce that made every bite enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. If you're craving a delicious bowl of pho with a fantastic vibe, I highly recommend checking it out.

Pho 478 is my go-to pho place in Aurora. Absolutely delicious food, and great value. The staff are so kind, and I’ve even had one of the chefs come out and thank me and my friend for eating there during a bad night of snow. We made the trek out just for their amazing food and they thanked us profusely as we were the only ones there. I always recommend this place to my family and friends as it is so delicious and such a great place.

We had an excellent lunch at Pho 478. We were looking for a nearby lunch spot and decided to check this place out. The service was excellent and prompt. The chef was such a joy and ensured we were welcomed, making our meal that much more enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for making our day! The low-rated review almost changed our minds about eating here, and we’re glad we didn’t let it sway us! We had the pho, two kinds of spring rolls and the cold Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. Everything came out fast, and it was all delicious! We only took photos of two things because we had eaten the rest so fast 😅

If you’re vegetarian or pescatarian and you haven’t tried this place, you’re missing out!!! I’ve always struggled to find a good Vietnamese restaurant that does broth well- and this is it. While most places do a miso base which is pretty flavourless, this place absolutely nails the vegetarian broth. No shortage on flavour! Not too sweet or salty, great complex flavours. I’ve also only done takeout (thanks to a busy toddler that doesn’t sit still), but the owners are incredibly hospitable, humble and kind. Okay and just how good is it? I lived in LA for years and frequented Bolsa, which is known as Little Saigon as it has the largest population of Vietnamese outside of Vietnam. This spot is the only place in the north GTA that I’ve found that nails it 100%. My usual order is the seafood soup with vegetarian broth, and add vegetables. The portion is also huge and I have enough for two meals.
