Stopped by on a Friday around lunch and tried the Deerioca Ube Taro — super yummy! Looking forward to trying other drinks. The owners Victoria and Canice are so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seating space and very chill vibes if you want to hang out. The best bubble tea in Aurora, will be back soon!

First time visiting this location - it’s clean, spacious, and has a fairly large seating area which I think has become less and less common. I ordered the Deerioca Ube Puff and Passionfruit Green Tea. Victoria and Canice helped me with my order and they explained the various options, customizations and then went right to making the drinks. I thought the deerioca had that bouncy texture and the ube and milk were a perfect combination. Will definitely be back!

We just came a group of 6 to order drinks for everyone. We asked for kids not to put tapioca, but the manager said that they have to put tapioca as this is their policy. I explained that kids are not going to like tapioca and we would only make 6 orders if kids drinks can be without tapioca, but the manager refused anyways. This is just ridiculous policy and never again going to this place who doesn’t care for their customers.
We ordered 3 drinks, the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and dismissive when 3/3 of our drinks were flavourless and tasted like milk. When we complained she raised her voice. Unfortunately didn’t get her name but be aware of poor customer service at this location.

I was counting coins to use some leftover coins for a small treat in store, and a member of the staff came up to me and told me it was OK if I was a little short. I paid in full, but am very impressed by the kindness of the staff and used my extra small coins on tips.
