Been three times to the Moody. Beer is cold and fresh. Service from Lily is attentive, friendly, professional and she is a joy to be around. Owner Jonathan works really hard to make sure you have a great experience. Handcrafted pizza is the specialty, and it is good. My 4 star on the atmosphere is just due to the somewhat harsh bar stools. Other than that, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve known the owner for a little while now, he comes in the store I work at, and thought I try his place out. I was not disappointed in bit. Food was very good, and service was awesome. Definitely a place to go and check out!!!

Amazing late night tablecloth service Michelin (imo) level food from this lovely quaint and cozy pub! Our bartender/server Lily is literally LEGIT ? ? ? Dishes we ordered are completely house-made that makes it a homey touch.Keep up the amazing work y’all serving York Region!

We just had a fabulous experience at the Moody Cow. My daughter just turned eight years old and I wanted to finish the birthday party somewhere where the kids and adults could enjoy the food.Let me tell you that the service level was impeccable from the first phone call I made with staff, to the lovely wonderful owner calling me multiple times to ensure my order was in and correct.We pre ordered the food to be ready when we arrived because I didn’t want to be sitting around with a bunch of hungry 6 - 9 year olds. If you know you know!Our waitress was amazing and the food was devoured. They had put some cute table cloths on the table and it was perfect.Thank you for such a positive experience Moody Cow!
Kid-friendliness: We felt very comfortable with our medium sized group of kids.
Excellent food and service, owner operated, British feel with upscale quality food, but doesn’t lose the pub feel or break the bank, Highly recommend! Five stars, give them a try.

Excellent pizza! Felt sorry for the owner he was on his own for the start. Cooking, waiting tables ,serving drinks! Basically run off his feet! But smiling all the time! Help finally arrived, Excellent experience all around!
