One of the best BB teas I have had..well made

Good but a drink names strawberry mochi one is just like strawberry milk not very Shocked. But actually it is good

Usually an excellent place for drinks, but not today. Ordered two drinks, one full sugar and the other with half sugar.

Neither drink had any sugar at all. When I asked staff to remake the drinks, she argued that they were made properly and tried to just add it to the top of the drinks after I had asked for them to be remade.

Another girl came out to see what was happening, the first server explained, and the second just added the sugar to the top of the drink.

After they were actually remade, the drinks had some degree of sweetness, but still significantly less than is usual. Quite unhappy with the service and product today.

Bad and horrible attitude to customers , not Clean well.

We had gone for some bubble tea hot and had a wonderful experience, the lady working there was kind and professional. The teas we had were very nicely prepared and they checked as to how would they like to have it prepared for us. Everything was great .

They gave me wrong order and when I asked to exchange it they said you have to buy it. Worst customer service ever also soooo expensive, they said it’s hot but it wasn’t even warm , not recommended.

Honestly not much good. Boba had the consistency of goat droppings, to much hard. And staff not much friendly will not come again.

I was confused with the store’s collection of black sugar drinks because everything looked the same. They have a selection of tapiocas and jelly toppings so I naturally had a few questions. However, the lady that worked here in the mornings talked to me like I was an idiot and seemed frustrated with my questions. I didn’t want to speak up at the time as other customers were about to come in and just just got the drink with an additional topping she recommended.

My favourite go-to boba spot! I frequently order the pineapple oolong tea, strawberry mango green tea, and the tofu boba. The drinks are crafted perfectly every single time!! The workers are also extremely kind. I don’t go to any other location or any other boba joint because no other place seems to get it right like this place. Definitely recommend!!
