Dirty store, cold coffee, stale bakery items, and rude customer service. I tried contacting the owner or manager, but only one employee was polite enough to inform me that the owner had another nearby store. When I went there, the staff seemed scared to involve the manager and claimed the owner wasn’t available. This reflects the cheap mentality of corporations like Tim Hortons, where owners prioritize money over service. I’ll never return to Tim Hortons—McDonald’s or Starbucks offer far superior service.

The location was and still is dirty. I asked an employee to come and clean a table, but she didn’t come. When I asked a second time, she just handed me some paper and told me to clean it myself. The coffee she served was terrible—cold and tasted like water. I strongly believe this reflects poor management.
It’s also highly unprofessional to ask employees’ family members, like those who gave five-star ratings, to review your restaurant. This reflects poorly on the owner, whoever they may be. Owners like this are contributing to the decline in Tim Hortons’ quality, similar to what happened with Coffee Time.

Homie in here helped me and got the food ready toot sweet. My bacon egg sandwich was made before I could even blink. Mad props all around.
go here so much and they constantly forget my food or parts of me meal. ordered the breakfast sandwich multiple times and they forget to add my egg. ordered roast beef cheddar sandwich and the forget the whole sandwich and claim they put it in our bag..? horrible

Great Tims, great friendly staff. We go every morning and they remember exactly what we will have and its perfectly done as ordered. i feel the staff cares about their customers and tries so hard to make everyone welcome. Like family after all this time and sure starts the day off right. Sandra
Parking: Parking is ample, just wish we could turn right out instead of going through the little row of shops. Thats it.

The store must change coffee cup supplier. I bought large size coffee 2 times today from this location. Both cups started to leak after a few minutes, spreading all over me and in the car. I was told I can go back to the store and get anther coffee with proof, but better in the morning when their manager is in the store.
