The service is bad. I placed an order, paid for it, and they didn't give me water. It was just a bottle of water. And I had to pay twice for the same bottle of water. It's terrible.

Came through the drive-through this morning 7AM To find it taking longer than normal With just two cars in front of me when I approached the window, young man Take my money, makes my Coffee grabs my muffin Running around like crazy, when he comes back to the window with my stuff . I proceed to ask if he’s the only one working and he tells me yes Not only losing customers because they don’t have the patience to wait in line I watched two cars back at a line behind me, but it is also very unsafe for that young man to be working in there by himself if anything were to ever happen To him. Slipped fell, hit his head Knocked himself unconscious, cut his hand Cutting a bagel heaven forbid someone comes and robs the store like there is no els around for support And all that for $15 an hour
