Tim’s used to be a favourite place to grab some lunch however I am very disappointed as of late that the quality has become very poor. Today’s visit at this location has made me decide to not go to Tim’s for lunch ever again. Today we drove through and got two turkey bacon club sandwiches. When we ate the sandwiches at home we found the bread was rather stale but the worst was the hair we found on one of the sandwiches. Yuck! It all went in the garbage after that discovery.

Be aware of the sharp left curb near the drive-thru exit.
I was in the drive-thru, placed my order, and as I was driving away, I hit the curb. Why is there such a dangerous, left-curving curb directly in front of the drive-thru?
This is extremely unsafe and could easily cause damage to vehicles. Please address this issue immediately. If any further damage happens to my car due to this hazard, I will have no choice but to take legal action.

often come here for an everything bagel toasted with h&g cream cheese, the bagels were often cold so i started asking them to double toast it instead. this isn’t toasted at all. not to mention the shrinkflation of cream cheese. TOAST THE BAGEL

Best Tim horton compare to all surrounding location. Coffee is always fresh. All are nice and smiling smiling employees and giving best customer service. Miral and Lavita are best of best lists. They remember my order always. Manager has done right thing training employees. Must visit. Thank you for your service.

Amazing service! The staff are all welcoming and cheerful. They were all polite with “thank you’s” and smiles.
I was amazed by the atmosphere of the work place especially how positive the way they interact with each other.
It’s a busy location with constant amount of students visiting, but the staff still kept their professionalism and prompt service.
This is not a location closest to my home, but I would definitely visit more because of the positive experience.
Simple things like a smiley face on the lid of the cup of our coffees made a big difference.

Since moving to the area in 2016 , this location is my daily coffee stop. Usually, between:6-7am almost always at the drive thru. I was first struck by the extremely friendly and positive attitudes by staff that early in the morning. Especially compared to the staff at the burger giant that sells breakfasts down the street. Since becoming a 'regular' I continue to be impressed by how I am treated. In particular, the Managers Annie and Kaylee, who are extremely focused on their staff, yet take the time to chat and put up with my sarcasim. It certainly makes for a great start to the day.
Purchased a Chicken cilantro bowl and a large Cappuccino. In drive through. The drink was cold, there was actually cold liquid coming up when I take a drink, I guess made with cold coffee . I know it takes a time to make a cappuccino and the salad was finished so the drink was rushed . There was no line up , so I do not understand why except they do not care.

I’ve been going to Tim Hortons in Aurora Ontario on Yonge We’re about seven years and I do have to say that I have no complaints. They treat me like I’m somebody yeah answer all my questions and I have no problems with the quality of the food is and the coffee is the best coffee and my favourite coffee ha ha ha ha
