I walked away. One guy doing the drive through and the walk in customers. This isn’t the first time I have waited to be served because the worker is attending the drive thru. I actually feel bad for the worker that has so much pressure to do multiple tasks at one time. I definitely wouldn’t want his job. Mid afternoon is the new morning rush hour. Maybe bring in help.

After 5 pm they had only 1 guy there, who was running to hold the line through the counter and the drive-thru. He did a great job. The management should think twice about scheduling staff, especially during rush hours.

I ordered a medium coffee and thry charged me $8 in the drive thru and upon paying they asked for the money. Upon drinking the coffee it was so disgusting, how can you make a coffee so boiling hot yet so bitter and foul.
