Nobody speaks English! Couldn't understand my order and got it all wrong! This is India
This place is really short on staff, and I had to wait 15 minutes just to get my bagel. I can't waste time like that!

It's as if tim's purposefully picks flavors, nobody likes instead of keeping popular things from the past.
Raspberry? nah, we're gonna make it strawberry now. Oh cool. Let me try some of that strawberry, oh, actually, now it's strawberry and watermelon. Oh I guess I'll just try it anyways and see how it is, oh, it's horrible. Great.
Flavors from a fruit nobody knows, whipped cream on a slushie drink who in the right mind thought of that?

It doesn't have a drive thru if you're avoiding being inside during lunch hour. If you want some quiet, not the place to be. Its near a High School and noise and roudiness is a fact!

Poor Service Experience
I had a very disappointing experience at your location. I ordered two coffees and two Boston cream donuts through the app. When I arrived, they told me the donuts were unavailable. I asked for a refund or a replacement, but the staff insisted I cancel the order through the app, which was not possible.
They called the manager, but he also refused to help. After 20 minutes of discussion, they finally agreed to issue a refund. This was very unprofessional and frustrating.
Please address this issue to prevent similar problems for other customers in the future
good place, good people, good service and good food and drinks always fresh. you can really enjoy and satisfaying everytime you visit this location totaly i recommend.

Request to owner give some training to your employees . They don’t know how to take order properly . Wasted my morning time . Using same gloves for pos taking order and kitchen ! Worst location
