Poor Service Experience
I had a very disappointing experience at your location. I ordered two coffees and two Boston cream donuts through the app. When I arrived, they told me the donuts were unavailable. I asked for a refund or a replacement, but the staff insisted I cancel the order through the app, which was not possible.
They called the manager, but he also refused to help. After 20 minutes of discussion, they finally agreed to issue a refund. This was very unprofessional and frustrating.
Please address this issue to prevent similar problems for other customers in the future

I didn't leave a 2 stars reply here as I didn't even make a visit to this location of Tim Horton today. I got a follow-up response from the owner, kudos to the person (always smart to follow up on customer's feedback however ungrounded ), I get to rectify this erroneous rating. I'm giving a five-star because I've always enjoyed the service at any Timmys I go to and this shop makes the effort to following up on a 2-star rating speaks volume to how much they care about the customers and the brand.
I've gone to this Tim's many times and its not as good as others but its not bad. If you are a fan of the birthday cake timvit then you should know that by the end of the day they are usually all gone. The seats could be replaced, and it's a cut dirty but its not bad. Most if the food is pretty good also.
Unfortunately not friendly, I had to wait 25 minutes for a coffee, and when I asked why it was taking so long, the Indian employee told me, I'm not serving you, you can go somewhere else, very unfriendly, I hope the boss reads my opinion and teaches the employees how they should behave with customers!!!!
