I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with Toppers food, but the service from the Aurora store is a HUGE issue!!! 45 minutes beyond the suggested delivery time???!!!!!! NO compensation based on what I was told would be the cost of my order!! On the phone, I was told the delivery would be 11:30am & order total would be $52.04. At 12:15pm the driver said the total was $62.04, but they would offer me a $10 discount for the delay???!!!!

I really wanted to like this pizza. My son was super excited as his school orders from a Toppers and he wanted me to try it. Upon entering the restaurant I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The place just felt downright dirty. The door which states ‘employees only’ looks like it has never been wiped down and is covered in filth. The cashier was very nice and I was hopeful that despite being turned off the location that the pizza would taste delicious. Sadly it did not, The pizza barely had any cheese and you could see areas of just sauce all over the pizza. The meatballs on one of the Pizza were all dried out. Both of the pizzas were supposed to have a garlic butter crust, and only one of them dead. I will not be getting pizza from this location again.

was having a really bad day, but Vishac completely turned it around. He was absolutely outstanding — this was the best support experience I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to help me, and I truly think he deserves recognition. Please give him a raise!

For quality pizza, you just got to go to Toppers. Love the variety of choices and flavors. Their signature garlic dip..so yummy. The crust is the best.. My family's fave is the Canadian pizza. Tried the steak with barbecue sauce for a change the other day and that was different but really good too. Service was awesome and the owner was so accommodating and nice. If you are looking for a delicious pizza, quality and value, go to Toppers Aurora. We will definitely come back again when we are in the area. Highly recommend.

I like Toppers, it's been my goto for the past few months so maybe like 4-5 times. Usually it's solid, heavy on the toppings, quality dipping sauce and good crust. Recently not so much, the bacon was harder than gravel. Nonetheless I'll eat there again, I'll just skip the bacon or use it for my driveway.

The dough is awesome! Definitely one of the best around. I wasn't a fan of them not using deodorant and handling the pizzas and toppings with their hands, plus cleaning up sauce leftovers with their fingers was pretty gross! But the pizza itself was fantastic! A bit greasy, but overall really good!
