Excellent Customer Service / Amazing Zero Alcohol Selection / 5/5My first visit was a fantastic one. Amanda guided me through their zero alcohol section which was my sole purpose of visiting this place and it was vast! You won't find this in any area of Ontario in my opinion. We did some taste testing which gave me a better idea of what I wanted and...no other words, it was just perfect. They were caring, thoughtful, fun and very knowledgeable. I was only going to spend money on a few things and I ended up buying double of what I planned on buying. I just could not make a decision so I gave up haha. I'll definitely be back in the future, but am very happy that they do delivery. Just go. Visit. They are excellent!

These guys are parking space police and were incredibly rude telling me I wasn't allowed to park in the plaza outside their store as I was not a customer there. There was also a plethora of parking spaces still available. Really tells you all you need to know about "wine people". I'm sure they are good at what they do, and have fantastic profit margins, but I'll make sure I tell everyone I know to never support this business. I'll continue to spend my money at Wimpys and the gelato place right next door.

This place is fantastic well worth the drive. They have a large variety of non alcoholic spirits, wines and beer. The customer service is impeccable, they really take the time to find out what you like and make recommendations specifically for your taste. I am really impressed that all items carried have been tasted by staff and everything on their shelf is high quality. Very excited to try my items and to go back and get new recommendations.

I recently placed an order online, the shipping label was printed the same day and out for delivery the following day. Not only that, Michele was kind enough to follow up my order with a thoughtful email offering her assistance with anything else. Going forward, I won't entertain shopping anywhere else.

I just ordered beef biltong Peri peri flavour and 3 bags of pop the Champagne popcorn by EATABLE online on the evening of the 24th Nov. It was here early this afternoon 26th Nov. So quick and when I opened the box my order was wrapped in pretty pink paper ???? The products are amazing and I even recieved an email thanking me for my business ????. You guys Rock awesome Service. HIGHLY recommend ???? will order again!!!!!!!

I politely replied to every question asked of me as promptly as possible around the 40 hours I work each week.BLOWN AWAY BY SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER PROMISE WHAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER.SHOCKING ATTITUDE.ADDED JUNE 22 AFTER CLAIMING I HAD NOT BEEN IN TOUCH AND IT WAS MY FAULTWell how strange you consider I was talking to a competitor when I hit REPLY on your emails.This is nothing but blatant lies. I have ALL the emails between the 2 of us. Very clearly YOU were the recipient of my email replies.CORRECTION to your statement. Your FIRST email offered me FREE SHIPPING from items on your website. When you found out that the items I required were not on your website and were CHEAP that was when on a follow up email you offered me them for free. You even said I would receive them by Friday (June 15th)I HAVE NOT IMAGINED THISI needed Diversol, Campden tablets and Finings. YOU told me in an email you did not have Campden tablets but had the same thing in powder form and asked me which finings I preferred to which I replied bentonite.So suggesting I have been in touch with a competitor is utter BS and speculation on your part.However I have found a competitor much closer to my home and who is very knowledgeable, business minded, genuinely friendly as well as having everything I need or may need in the future AND give great customer service.Pride yourself all you like in your customer service but it's in the toilet for the attitude and way you've treated me.

I've gotten into cocktails lately (I know a little hipster of me but just following my granddaddy's footsteps) and this place is great at providing the expert glassware, bitters, cool ice cube shapers, bar implements. The fact it's across from the LCBO makes a perfect combo. Holding one back for a little expensive/pretentious but recommended.
