Unsanitary conditions. Both staff were cleaning. Ordered 2 hashbowns, the woman didn't wash her hands after cleaning and picked the two frozen hashbowns up with her bare hands and put them in the fryer. I got a refund.

Very very slow drive thru, do not suggest coming here if you are in kind of a rush. Don't know why there so slow it never used to be

The drive thru is consistently the slowest experience possible. They break records for how long youll wait to even order food. Its almost impressive how delayed it all is. Its so bad.

How is this acceptable to give to a paying customer?
I ordered a Mama burger and onion rings today at you Aylmer location. The hamburger was fine no issues. The onion rings were horrible, cold and uncooked. I’m not a serial complainer and I have been going to A&W since I was 5 years old (64 years ago) when they delivered trays and glass cups to the car so I know what the onion rings should taste like. Big disappointment! I threw the onion rings in the garbage that’s how bad they were.

Looked like only 2 workers. 1 appeared to be on a break at about 1:20pm. I worked 11 years at an A&W and I’m sure taking a break during “service times” is frowned upon. The female who served me seemed to be trying her best until finally asking the man for help. All the timers were going off the entire time I sat eating my lunch. There were 3 napkins in the dispensary and that area looked quite messy, the store felt dingy to me. I waited 9 minutes for a mozza burger and sweet potato fries, which were not hot at all. I have found that most A&W’s I visit in the past couple years have become below standards. The tomato on my burger was so thin the skin pealed off on my first bite. It did not appear to be a full piece of bacon either. It’s my favorite fast food restaurant and I keep trying to give another chance but I am disappointed each time. It doesn’t appear they serve a large egg on the eggers anymore either. Not sure if that is a standard anymore but it looks to me that new owners are cutting corners, skimping on product and delivering poor quality.
