“We recently moved to St. Thomas from the GTA and were craving some Caribbean eats. While driving through the lovely town of Alymer, to our delight we found Taste of the Caribbean. The food was delicious with a home cooked authentic style - nothing rushed or "fast food" about it. We had a lovely chat with the Owner, Marybelle and certainly look forward to returning for her delicious Mango cheesecake! Thank you“
