The food is excellent and arrives quickly, with nice portions and a good selection. The patio offers great views of the lake, and there is a playground across from the cafe, making it kid-friendly. While not vegan-friendly, they provide vegetarian options and accommodate dietary preferences. The restaurant's fries and Shaw's ice cream, including non-dairy options, are highly recommended. The Bruce Almighty is a special dish that offers a burst of different flavors in every bite, and the Chicken Quesadilla is done right. The huge small size crispy fries poutine is loaded with creamy gravy and finely shredded cheese, ensuring everything melts nicely. It's a great place to stop and enjoy the outdoors, and the service remains great even when busy.
