Cozy place, excellent staff and food! Prompt friendly service of some of the tastiest food I've ever had! I highly reccomend the Pickrel dinner!

The food here is great and the prices are fair and I hate to leave a 1 star review but we have witnessed it too many times where the owner of this restaurant will yell and degrade her waitresses or kitchen staff out in the open or you can hear her yelling from the kitchen. It’s very unprofessional and quite honestly she should be embarrassed that is no way to treat your employees especially infront of customers. Aylmer doesn’t have many dine in options but I’d rather go to rubys and pay more for my meal instead of going to Johnnys and witness blatant work place harassment. If we only saw this once I wouldn’t leave a review like this but we’ve witnessed this now multiple times from the owner and 1 particular waitress.

Today was my second time at Johnny’s. First time was on a Saturday for breakfast where I had to line up to get in and I have no complaints for that experience. I went today for breakfast and it was nice that it was not super busy that I did not feel somewhat rushed like my first time. Food and service were great. This is a great breakfast place.

A very enjoyable locally owned restaurant. Friendly and fast wait staff, good food at a reasonable price. Clean restaurant. I especially enjoy the soup and salad special.

We had great food. But we were overcharged. By at least 10$. My friend won't be back. We came on a Friday evening. It was packed. The waitress was hurried and we paid over 50$ for a hot turkey with fries, side of gravy, hot roast beef, and a tea.

We were first time customers. Had the Chicken Parm. Best I have ever had (am a Senior Citizen and order this often). Wife had Chicken Quesadia, very good as well. Portions were good size, price reasonable. Looking forward to our next visit.

We went to Johnny's for breakfast this morning. They have a very extensive menu all around... be it breakfast, lunch, dinner or appetizers. The food was fantastic and the servings were more than enough! I can understand why they have been in business for 50 years or more! If you're in the area, stop in. You won't be disappointed!!!

A buddy and I get together at all kinds of mom and pop restaurants in western Ontario. I would definitely rate Johnny’s as the Top restaurant. It’s really clean and updated with still that home style feeling. The waitresses were exceptionally pleasant and did their job perfectly. I would definitely go back to Johnny’s for more than just breakfast.
