My family and I couldn't have asked for a better Thanksgiving Dinner. Atmosphere was breathtaking, food was fresh and delicious. Service was polite and professional. Turkey dinner was fantastic, the stuffing was so tasty.

Lovely place, food is yummy. Very Canadian lol but the people are so nice and kind. It’s in the middle of the forest so it’s a nice spot to go out of the city. Beautiful landscape and warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What a unique setting, surrounded by Pines on a beaitiful pond Pinecroft offers the very best value in comfort foods in Sputhern Ontario. Be sure to call ahead for reservations.
Sharon wants to go back.. So do I.
Lovely setting, great facility. Food, not to die for, but, to live for. Perfect service. Reasonable cost. A delightful conversation with diners from the table across the aisle.
Then go sit by the pond.
More lovely memories made, with that wonderful girl of mine. With this, and everything what we did. It was a great date day.

My friend and I came in on Oct 1st for her birthday. We had a reservation for 11am. We made an hour drive and were 15 minutes late. We had both been wanting to come for a few years now and were so excited we were finally going. When we arrived a young lady was on the phone rudely talking to someone. We waited and as she finally addressed us she aggressively and hostilely told us you are half an hour late (actually 15 minutes) and you have to get out of here in an hour. She spoke to us with pure hatred, misery, and disgust, down to her tone, body language and facial expressions. She is the first face people walking in see and you can imagine how it felt after an hour drive to be greeted by an absolutely rude and miserable person. Unfortunately it made me and my friend so uncomfortable and upset that we were going to leave. But because it was her birthday I encouraged us both to stay and at least have dessert, though we were planning for lunch. While we tried to make the best of it, especially because we had an amazing server who was very kind and respectful. I didn’t get his name but he was a tall gentlemen and he really looked after us making sure we were enjoying ourselves. I also didn’t get the young ladies name but she had dark blonde hair, had her hair up with a claw clip and wore glasses. She is a complete embarrassment to this establishment and will turn away many customers with her nasty attitude! A customer should never feel HATED upon arrival, she should not be working with the general public.
* after reading past reviews about discriminatory treatment towards Muslims, it’s worth noting that we are two hijabi women. Shame.
I came here with my friend on my birthday. The lady who first spoke to us was extremely rude and hateful. After we were seated I wanted to leave. My friend told me we can stay and have dessert and try to feel better. Our server was an amazing man. But it didn’t make me forget about how that girl made me tear up on my birthday. She wore glasses and was working at 11am October 1st. I was so excited to come here but she completely ruined the experience.
Simply excellent we're definitely going to return. Still thinking of the salmon and shrimp dish I had ..😶

The patio brunch at Pinecroft is the kind of experience that feels both peaceful and refreshing. From the moment you sit down, the setting makes you slow down and take everything in. Surrounded by greenery and open air, the patio gives you the feeling of being away from the busy city, even if just for a few hours. The natural atmosphere adds so much to the meal, making it a place where you want to linger a little longer.
The food itself is hearty, fresh, and prepared with care. Every plate feels like it’s made to comfort you, with portions that are generous without being overwhelming. The menu has a nice mix of options, from lighter bites to filling breakfast classics, so everyone at the table can find something they enjoy. The flavors are simple in the best way, highlighting quality ingredients and thoughtful cooking.
What makes Pinecroft especially enjoyable is the balance between the food and the environment. Eating outdoors on the patio, with the sun shining through the trees or a light breeze passing by, turns an ordinary brunch into something memorable. It’s a spot that feels welcoming, calm, and unpretentious. Overall, Pinecroft patio brunch is not just about eating—it’s about enjoying good food in a setting that makes you feel at ease.

Quaint place carved into a small forest with very tall trees. We ate outside on a perfect day. Food was great. Enjoyed the shop with pottery and crafted items. Very nice ambiance here.

Great place, but it’s frustrating they take the phone off the hook and you can’t make a reservation.
