Ordered food here, they made a mistake and gave one pizza from my order to someone else and put another pizza in our order. A mistake is completely understandable but how they tried to resolve it is not okay. After we got to the vechile they hurried over asking to take one pizza back as one customer had just returned one and they realized the mistake, wich sure we gave the pizza back and then they came back with the other pizza wich another customer had already clearly opened and taken a slice from then put back on the other side of the box on top of the rest of the pizza. I walk back inside asking to have my pizza remade as the other person they had given it to first had clearly taken slices and put back.but no they just have a quick conversation with each other in another language and the cook just laughs about and them comes and tells me no,nobody touched it and tried to send me off with this pizza. At wich point I just decided to leave and never return. Extremely unprofessional and ill never return.handing out food another customer already had taken out of box is unexeptable

Pizza is usually good and consistent everytime, same with boneless bites, but tonight we got some mac and cheese and it was horrible, had I known they were going to change it we wouldn't have gotten it. It was horrible flavour and after taste.
I recently ordered from this Pizza Hut location through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a My Box pizza with barbecue sauce, chicken, green peppers, and bacon crumble, but what I received was a Hawaiian pizza instead. After contacting Uber Eats and then Pizza Hut, they did replace the order at no extra cost, which I appreciated. However, when I finally got to eat the replacement pizza, I found a hair in my food, which was extremely off-putting. I keep my hair tied back, so it was definitely not mine. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I hope they can improve their hygiene standards moving forward.
