Genuinely don’t know what this place would do without Kyle. He has worked here for so long and does so much, for what seems to be very little reward. He works quickly and efficiently. All I hear are horror stories about this business, somebody get that kid a raise! 1 star for Pizza Hut but 5 stars for Kyle.

Went into Pizza Hut Aylmer Ontario. Pizza Hut is advertising 2 for $20 pizzas online and at their store, the employee refused to give me the advertised special and wanted to charge more, needless to say I walked out without ordering, I will take my business elsewhere. This is totally unacceptable from any business, they need to honour what they advertise!

Couldn't understand me really quiet and kept insisting I needed dipping sauce I told them I didn't want any and they saying What dipping sauce and wouldn't agree with me Their food is good though. Just horrible customer service.

Nasty . No gloves. They touched all my food without gloves !… with greasy fingers picked out bad pieces of the salad with bare hands , touched my chicken bites with bare hands ..just nasty

First time ordering at this location. Ordered a pizza with half mushrooms and pineapple an they screwed it up. How can you screw up on an order that was so simple even after picking it up confirming with the girl. Get home and the order is wrong. Pizza was also very greasy. Back to Domino’s Pizza.
