I hope everyone will treat staff with a lot of GRACE. The head Manager Marje treats staff horrible. She is verbally abusive. She shows ZERO grace. She has had this position to long has turned absolutely cynical. Pretty sad when staff suffer anxiety and PTSD at the thought of going to work when she is in. And go home in tears. This needs to be reported.
So all customers be kind to the staff PLEASE.
The high pressure of working in fast food is hard enough with the abuse from a few customers. But when the morale from managers is so low it makes it much worse. And the staff is expected to serve customers with a smile while shaking and holding back tears because the manager is so mean. I feel sad for all staff working in fast food. BTW there are other managers working there besides marje that are FANTASTIC.

Walk-in service is ridiculously slow. Arived at 11:50 A.M. Lots of staff visible, but nobody taking orders at the cash for about 12 minutes. 1 person ahead of me. It took 15 minutes, from getting in line until walking out the door; with a simple coffee & donut. The service at Starbucks in St Thomas or Tillsonburg is exponentially faster.

Very weird experience at the drive through. 1:36pm November 22 2024. The girl that took my payment is not all there in terms of customer service and attitude. Seems to be a common trend at this location recently, so I’ll be skipping it from now on. Maybe train them in customer service before training them in how to be ignorant and insufferable, when customers are the whole reason you’re there.
