Tried to rip me off, apparently they don’t teach that tax is 13% not 20%. 15.99x1.13=18.0687 not 19.19. Very rude and unprofessional. Meatballs were old and dry. Avoid this subway if your looking for a sub.

i walked out mid ordering because the person working was so RUDE to me and he had no idea what he was doing he was all over the place! my blood was boiling absolutely appalled i will be calling management about it - this was july 22 at 745 pm

Found out that prices are different from the app and they don’t allow coupons. Asked for a classic teriyaki sub and got charged for a crunch and when I followed up on this, they told me I must have gotten extra cheese which I did not. I feel that they ripped me off and don’t understand why they “no longer offer a classic teriyaki sub”, one of subway’s most signature subs except that this way they are able to charge you more for less. Not happy and will not be returning to this location. Really hope the owner realizes they just lost a very loyal customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. This used to be our favourite place to grab lunch. Lately we have found that they skimp on toppings, overcharge you for what you get, by charging you for something you did not get (check your receipt!!!!), and do not practice sanitary procedures…same paper for two subs. Will not return and do recommend this subway at all!!!

We did a mobile order for 2 foot long, we get there and it's 2 six inch. So after a minute of back and forth he realizes his mistake and makes 2 more 6 inch to complet the missing subs. He was really cheap with his ingredients (i expected better service after making a mistake and making me wait more, he gave me the feeling of me being in the wrong) . Droped a olive on the counter near the sauces and put that olive back on the sandwich, Unsanitary. I will avoid this subway from now on

This owner only cares about money which is why they never participate in cupons if you order online app mainly they dont get the price you pay in store you pay lower and some of them dont have a choice but accept the cupon since the app is controlled by subway head office all prices are the same on the app no matter what the owner choosing the price. They even charged me extra for veggies.

The Subs were good, but.... They Forgot to Toast my sub, after they asked me to toast it (so it was cold) and they always tend to run out of stuff for specific Subs..

Seems like the reviews 4+ years ago are great, and most of the reviews in the last 4 years are 1 star and negative. Must have changed owners. This location does not accept coupons. Also, the thinner male employee is obnoxious and rude, and if he worked there regularly I'd probably stop going. Food is good, service (with that one exception) is great, but refusing to accept promos/coupons does make this subway unreasonably expensive.
