Horrible service at the drive thru i asked the young man working this morning if he could have manners . There was no good morning please or thank you. They act like they dont want to take your order. I should have kept driving i was shocked that a small town tim hortons was so rude.

One girl working the counter, amd making food for both the drive thru and in-store customers. Very inefficient service on a busy Sunday morning. Waited 20 minutes for an order of one sandwich and a coffee. A reminder why I don't go to these places often. With the amount of money Tim Hortons rakes in, you think they'd have more staff working.

The staff is very friendly and fast and new owner always there helping and making a friendly and welcoming environment for customers. It’s been a long time since seeing a Tim Hortons so clean and tidy. Coffee is always hot and fresh and the donuts are always very soft. I highly recommend stopping by for a coffee!

9 am Sunday morning..no fresh baked goods, no donuts..assorted muffins and bagels tossed in a large bin.. server had to rummage through the bin to find the bagel I asked for..there wasn't any..asked her if they baked this morning she couldn't answer.Floor was dirty, prep area was not clean and my take out was cold and I waited for it.. Health unit should be contacted. This place use to be friendly, clean and baked goods daily now you get yesterday's leftovers..They say to support local.. Sorry but can't do it anymore.. Seems they don't need to follow Tim Horton. Protocol

The service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. It’s a classic Canadian favorite that always delivers comfort and consistency. 💯 % recommended.
This is the best tim hortons. They are really fast all day. However, drive thru service is fast. I usually go to this place and it is clean and nice. Atmosphere is great. Prabhjot served me. Team and management both are really great. They serve with smile. I saw some bad reviews, I would say ignore it. Cause some people do it intentionally. So timmiessss I love your service. I don’t know what’s going on lately, but I asked for a French vanilla and it was 3/4 full, I ordered a coffee with two milk and I’m sure there was only one in it and there were fruit flies in the donut case so if I have a choice, I will go to a different Timmys
