I'd like to make sure that the morning full-time baker and sandwich lady are excluded in this review. They say hi, are polite, and will serve customers when needed.

Today was the last straw. I use the mobile app every morning at 5:05 am. 1 out of 5 times, the iced coffee is made with cream and not milk like the order says. They will insist it's cream but when they make it again, there is a clear difference in colour. I returned at 10:00 am(ish) again using the mobile app. As usual I have to wait until 6 cars in the drive thru get served and at least 4 customers. Today some girl ordered 14 coffees and the supervisor asked the drive thru girl to serve the next customer because he would have to wait. She took his order and made his 2 coffees and returned to the window as I stood there in disbelief staring and my two tickets still in the printer and not being served. A few more cars got served in the drive thru while I again patiently waited. I finally walked over to the shift supervisor and said to cancel my mobile because I'm obviously not going to be served. Keep in mind my order gets placed at least 3 minutes before I even walk in the store, I learned this a while back that drive thru has top priority. Mobile lets you skip the line but you must wait 80% of the time for all customers to be served. Now in the mornings I'll take 10 extra minutes to get to work and hit the Chelmsford one. I think it's the same owner but the staff did greet me.

The Azilda store has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Nobody greets you, smiles, apologizes for making an order wrong, or even wishes you a nice day. Customer service at the location is lacking in the biggest way. Put one more person on at 5:00am for front counter instead of two people in the drive thru, then they can float when needed. There is no reason why the sandwich lady or baker girl needs to serve customers, they have their own work. And for that one staff member that parks near the door, I'm tired of having to park far so you don't have the walk.

Staff are super nice but my food order is always wrong. Ask for a sausage Belt i always get bacon. Ask for a plain bagel double toasted with cream cheese & bacon, they always forget the bacon. Very frustrating I no longer will get breakfast here just coffee.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons. The manager, was being unprofessional and unhygienic. I witnessed her kissing and touching a toddler, then going straight to handle food and serve customers without washing her hands. This is extremely concerning from a health and safety perspective, especially since managers are supposed to set the example for the rest of the staff. I find this unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.
