Every single one of the Tables inside were dirty. Food is average, I mean it's Tim Hortons. Workers are Lazy no above and beyond, doesn't exist anymore

In two years I’ve not had them properly mix an ice coffee once. Consistently waited over fifteen minutes for a proportioned sandwich. How do you mess up potato wedges so consistently? It’s like down right impressive how bad the afternoon staff are. It’s cozy and enough for the older folks but it’s probably the single worse timmies in Sudbury I’d rather risk a shanking by the bus station than go back

Worst customer service so far i have experienced at Tim Hortons. Assistant manager Darsh was very rude. I ordered cold brew coffee along with food and coffee was sour. When I confronted the assistant manager, he got very angry on me And started abusing me in front of everyone for no reason.I would not recommend anyone to go there. Also The guy who took our order was very confused and wasn’t trained properly on to take orders. He was keep clearing the screen, atleast 6 times and made us repeat the order each time he cleared the screen. He might be new so I completely understand but no one was helping him and there was huge line behind me. It was very poor management and really bad customer service.

Scanner for points don't work half the time in the drive thru,very

Their scanners have been broken for almost a year now. With that being said it's hit and miss if you will actually be collecting your points or roll up the rim for that matter! We were told by an employee that they dont want to pay to replace the broken scanners. Also the employees were told to not let the public know that their points card didnt scan! HORRIBLE!!!
I went to this tim years for two special donuts the lady was rude and through donuts towards me like i am a criminal and didn’t answer me when i said thankyou nd have a nice day !!

Don’t bother putting in a mobile order at this location, you’re better off going through the drive thru. Takes about 10 mins longer than normal to fill an order, after you’ve arrived. This review is based on about 5-10 times of the same experience.
