Not a good experienced. Slow service, not repeating orders, not giving the receipts and not smiling at all. The poutine we ordered was so salty. Plus you can see the guys prepping the fries not wearing gloves but touching them directly.

The service here was unbelievably slow—extremely, extremely, extremely slow. There weren’t many customers, yet it took ages for them to prepare my order. The two brown guys at the back were just standing around instead of working efficiently. Overall, one of the slowest and most frustrating fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

Overworked yet understaffed place, ordered during lunch rush so I expected some wait, but ended up waiting around half an hour for a cheeseburger and a kids meal.
Ordered the cheeseburger without onions and pickles, and paid additional charge for extra cheese— but when received, the burger had everything we asked not to put, and no cheese whatsoever.

⭐☆☆☆☆
Disrespectful staff, zero customer service.
Stopped by around 7:30 PM just craving some onion rings. I wasn’t initially aware that orders had to be placed through a kiosk—stood at the counter while two employees clearly saw me but said nothing. Eventually realized the setup myself and placed the order through the machine.
When I politely asked if they could make the onion rings fresh off the fryer, they immediately got defensive and started arguing that they “always serve them fresh” and can’t do anything more. Out of nowhere, a young guy from the kitchen (Caucasian kid) yells, “What’s the issue?” from the back—completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
I decided to cancel my order right there. Only after all this drama did a tall Indian guy with a beard (probably the manager or team lead) finally show up, apologized, and asked me not to escalate the matter, saying he would now make them fresh.
Honestly, this is not how a basic snack run should feel. If your team can’t communicate respectfully or handle a simple customer request without attitude, you're in the wrong business.

Ordered a whopper combo. Food was excellent - hot, tasty, fresh veggies. It came out very fast too! Only one ordering machine was working today which made the area a bit chaotic.

Food was really bad. Like gross, bad. Ordered a bacon cheese whopper and the bacon was raw. The top bun was hard. Service was slow. They were out of fries. The guy in front of me ordered an impossible burger, they took the order and the guy waited a long time before someone noticed they were out of them. His money was refunded but his time wasn't. Over all, horrible experience.
Terribly understaffed. Foods great though
NO SERVICE!

After driving all day and finally getting to Ontario everyone was hungry. But this place closes at 7!!! Even on our small out of the way island of Cape Breton we can get food until 10. Do better Ontario.
Hire more people, the ordering machines don’t work properly!
Some of the slowest service I’ve experienced in my life.
Great burger, good service. Fresh, hot, properly stacked, as good as a Whopper gets!
Closed at 7:06 p.m.... what is this crappy BK host there?!
