Sunday and not morning already, 11am but in Tim Hortons at enroute abnormal line up. Only 10-12 customers, not busy, all stand in line for ages, because three tim hortons employees are slow and unable to work properly.

The cashier is not interested to upsell the flat bread , as there was an offer for 2 for 12$ and we ordered 1 for 9$ !!! He was not interested to share that details with us while ordering .

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Tim Hortons in Bainsville. The staff clearly need serious training as neither of the workers knew how to do their job properly. Instead of being helpful, they displayed an unnecessary attitude, which only made the situation worse. The service was painfully slow, and the overall atmosphere was unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer care. This location is in desperate need of improvement—avoid it if you can!

Night guys don't know what really is the meaning of food service. Even their oven was visibly working, they said they just cleaned it. Moreover, they mixed water in blackberry yuzu I ordered as they fell short on sparkling water. Came here around 2 10 Am. NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL.

I ordered tea and ten times bits i got the tea didn’t get tim bits after waiting for 20 mins i go there remind them if they forgot because all the other people get their orders but they didn’t even listen but i was saying and told me to wait . The stupid old lady ruin my day, time and money in the end i didn’t even get what i pay for. Retire if you don’t wanna work
Got a 2 cream 1 sugar coffee.. tasted like sugary cream water.. like there was 5 creams and 2 sugars in this coffee.. do not recommend this location
