Great food, it doesn't matter what you order. Service is great as well, and yes when there busy, it takes a bit longer, but worth the wait. Overall atmosphere is good, but just wished they had a covered waiting area, for those days when mother nature is not cooperating. Overall....worth the drive.We always stop in on the way to the cottage.

I purchased the 2 x 2 piece haddock.... most yummy. Wasn't a fan previously of halibut but glad I went back. Fries could be better but next time I'll just order fish. Yummy ?

Went today for 3 peices of Halibut without fries meal and it seems like it was 1 1/2 peices. I phoned at they said it\s 3.5 oz per fish, and I know the fish was small. Most times I couldn't eat the 3 fish at one time. But now I had to make something else at home to fill me up after eating all 3 fish. Maybe the new owner is trying to cut corners. I enjoyed it before and now I feel insulted going there because of the lack of value for my money. I will give them one more chance, but if it's the same as today, they will lose a customer.
Been here many times. Today, the portions were for a child. I paid top dollar and left feeling ripped off. It's a shame.

Just a roadside deal... almost a chip wagon but different. Great fish and chips (the best north of the south pole!! LOL), very good price, huge portions. Worth the drive.
