Absolutely the best smoked bbq we have ever tasted!!! Hubby and I came upon Smokin Birds by chance on a drive through Bala recently. He had the Brisket sandwich and I had the pulled Pork sandwich. The meat on both was so tender, just melts in your mouth. Served on a lovely brioche bun and had a delicious pineapple coleslaw on it as well. All of the flavours were so amazing. I wish we were closer by.
I’ve had this place in the past and was served well with good food. But made a visit today and after standing at the counter for about 5-10 minutes while staff was there to only be told that they’ll reopen in 50 minutes. Why I had to wait to be told that while the buisness looks fully open, maybe a road sign to state there not serving would be a great addition. Also the way I was informed was pretty ignorant. I’ll save my time and go to the next place next time I’m hungry
Brisket sandwich was juicy and perfectly balance.
