I go here primarily for breakfast, both eat-in and take-out. I've always enjoyed both the staff and the breakfast. Typically on Saturday or Sunday mornings, with a book, eat-in. Highly recommend it.

I made a drive through order from the mobile app the previous day, but the app said it didn't accept my payment. Next day I check, the order was prepared and done when I thought it was cancled. I visitied in the morning and the manager was so nice and understanding. He explained what the potential mistake with good details was and gave me the food from the order from yesterday. Amazing service! A&w fix your app please.

Horrible experience at this location! Yesterday, We did a takeout order on uber eats, it said it was ready to pickup and then when we went to go get it inside the guy said that he didn’t have our order because he was looking at the mobile orders instead of the uber eats orders. And then we went again today and ordered breakfast on uber eats when we went inside the same guy said he didn’t receive an order. Then he realized he gave it to someone else like how do you let that happen and he wasn’t going to give us a refund or anything. Their customer service is horrendous.

This is second time, when I order masala veggie burger and again after my instructions they added spicy sauce. I specifically told them to replace it with chubby sauce. I thought they did replace it and I came back home. When I checked they added spicy sauce. I had to through that burger as my wife has an allergy from spicy food. Such a pathetic service.
If you love breakfast it’s a great place! Bacon and eggs beautifully done and Attractively plated.(and that’s even takeout). Service is great as well. Go get your eggs!

I really like the idea of A&W but for some reason it's just so-so. Most disappointing part is that their root beer should be memorable in a good way. This time it tasted like the end of the canister or something. Onion rings were better than usual though.

Ordered a Chai latte and an apple turnover. Waited for 15 minutes. They said they were making the apple turnover fresh. And finally came, which was OK. The chai latte, after also waiting for 15 minutes, turned out I got a hot milk. Waited for another 10 minutes before getting it. The restaurant was not busy. There is no apology from the staff.

One of the best A&w onion rings and fries. They really know how to fry their onion rings fries. Particularly this location. We’ve been to so many A&w locations this particular location is far the best so far the service itself is good

Food is good as is true with most A&W however burgers are a little messy in their assembly. Onion rings always come in a clump, as they are cooked from frozen they need to be mixed and broken apart in the oil which seems not to happen at this location. Pop is often served with over an inch spacing from the rim and also somehow is often wet from overflow. Likely a rushed pour.
Parking: Lots of parking unless at 5-7pm Friday.
Wheelchair accessibility: Single level, no ramps needed, electronic doors and accessible washroom.
