I witnessed some gross practices at this particular a&w. The guy serving wasn’t wearing any gloves, he’s serving coffee, using the til and worst of all handling food with bare hands. I witnessed his hands physically come into contact with hash browns. Not once did he wash his hands in between. The guys that franchise these restaurants to people really need to do a better job in ensuring cleanliness goes above and beyond practices. I personally won’t be back.

This A&W in Nepean by the Costco is spotless and friendly service. I really like the always working hand sanitizer by the cash. Perfect touch! Highly recommend.
The couple who run this A&W are amazing! Very friendly, and when our coffee was halfway done they were right there with the coffee pot filling our cups up. Plus the breakfast choices were good. This couple is an asset to your brand. True ambassadors! I will come back to this location in the future! Dawn & Ric Charles, Ottawa.
