Why will anyone hold food and serve them without gloves? Staff lacked any expression, no greetings, nothing, and then another one was handling all food with bare hands. I am sorry but this is the only way I can bring in owner's attention.

The chicken is paper thin, the egg is paper thin and the value for what you are getting is questionable. Waiting for 10 minutes to get your order taken is unacceptable when no other customers are ahead of you. A very disappointing experience unfortunately.

Due to this A&W not updating there internal systems they cannot scan the app for the daily offers.

Ordered mobile in the store early in the morning. Sat there for more than 10 minutes but no food while my gf had her food already. Food came out wrong not as per order.

Probably amongst all other locations in ottawa for breakfast this is the cleanest, has the best customer service and comfortable environment for clients.

Good food. Recently went back for breakfast and no one even came to the cash to take my order. Someone in the kitchen looked at me and turned away. Not going back to this place. I left after waiting 5 minutes with no service.

We stopped here for a quick meal after the Santa Claus parade in Barrhaven. Our kids enjoyed it! The service was fast and good, bathrooms were clean!

Ordered through Uber eats. Ordered buy one get one free and did not receive my free one!! I called them and they said they can’t do anything about it😟 will definitely not buy from there again!!

Terrible place to go. Over priced compared to others. They messed up my food and told me they wont refund it come back tomorrow when a manager is there. I went back the next day and as i am talking to the manager, he didn’t resolve the issue and decided to walk away because “i have other people to deal with”

I am honestly shocked of this experience, ive never seen something like this before its mind blowing.

Took my 7 year old for a chicken burger, fry and frozen root beer - it was quick, fresh and he insisted I leave this review - 5 stars!
