I just came from Boston pizza in barrhaven, I sat there for 15 minutes. No one came to serve us, Basically no workers in sight. It’s unacceptable for Boston Pizza service to be at such low demand.

Something is going on with this place. Is it now being run by the same management as the Merivale location? Because this location has always kept higher standards between the two restaurants. I have dropped over $1000 at this Boston Pizza since the pandemic for my family but the last takeout order was just... meh. Something I'd expect from Merivale, not the Barrhaven location. Or maybe it's the Monday staff.I ordered the Game Day deal, 2 pizzas, 3 orders of wings and 4 Budweisers.1) They usually overload on the pizza toppings but they severely skimped on them and the density left a lot to be desired.2) Usually you get carrot or celery sticks with the wings order. ALL 3 wing orders had none.3) I got the Memphis sauce on them and for whatever reason over the last 2 years, the sauce has been getting more diluted every time. I used to have to go to the bathroom the day after a few times at least and leave a deposit in the loo. It left a good burn - now there's hardly any heat or flavor to it. It was the only wing flavor worth getting. Also, they used to splash and lather the wings with sauce but it was barely on the wings.4) And if you saw the advertisement for the Gameday deal, the cans of Budweiser looked like tall cans in the picture. They had height and definitely gave the impression of 500mL cans. What I received were standard 355mL sized cans. Why falsely stretch and give the impression of tall cans and put the incorrect sized picture?If one element of the meal was off, that's forgivable and easily overlooked but for every element to be sub-par and cheaped out, I felt I had to post it. I'll probably give the restaurant another shot since I've been there so much and everyone can have off days but their days are numbered if they continue putting this type of quality for their customers. Time will tell.

Paid extra for onion rings and was only give 8 onion rings in total. Ordered a pizza that I had to finish cooking myself. Wish I would have thrown frozen food in the freezer instead and saved myself $80. So

We just had dinner this evening and our server Cheryl was so sweet. To top off the evening, Tessa the manager gave us above and beyond service. We received great recommendations and she even went out of her way to make sure our food was exceptional. Shoutout to Tessa, thank you for all of the laughs and being so kind. We appreciate you and your service!

Really bad experience at this Boston Pizza Location. We arrived two hours before closing time and there was no guests in the restaurant. We waited at the front door for over 10 minutes for someone to come seat us and no one came. We rang the service bell twice to no response and even tried calling the store number. Meanwhile you could hear the staff loudly talking and gossiping in the back. The conversations being had were not workplace appropriate. There was another customer there as well waiting for his takeout order and had been there longer than us. Unfortunately for him he couldn't just walk out as we did since he had already paid. If you want good service avoid this location.

Shocked at the slow service despite it being extremely quiet on a Friday evening. Took forever for someone to serve us - then once the food arrived - you know usually they come ask if 'everything is ok' - no one did. We needed ketchup for the fries we ordered, and it was embarassing that after waiting such a long time no one came to see how we were doing. Frustrated I got up to look for someone, and couldn't find anyone. A second attempt 5 minutes later and out of frustration had to actually walk into the kitchen to find someone and ask for ketchup, and I saw 4-5 staff inside. This location use to be a lot better before.

Tried an order from uber eats, and uber eats had a glitch apparently.Called the restaurant directly, and Tessa answered the phone and worked complete magic!!!10 out of 10 all day long, for sure!!!Will definitely be sticking with this location, and will be dealing with them directly from now on.Completely above and beyond for their clients.
