Every time we go for coffee on our way to or from the cottage it's always a pleasant experience. We also live on their maple roast and cannot recommend it enough. We pick up the big when we are in town, but we often order it online. When it got stuck at the post office for weeks during the Canada Post strike they shipped us a replacement via a different carrier. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!
