This subway chain has really cut down on the toppings. I asked for lettuce and she put a very small amount and I ask if she can add a little more and yah maybe 6 pieces of cut lettuce that I had to ask for spinach to add some greens. The staff are not personable and to be honest very disappointed. I recommend other people eat elsewhere. Go to “Fantastic Fries” on Hwy 62 instead better people and support local. Subway Franchisee you need to step up your game, not worth coming here.

Worst Subway ever. They don't except Subway coupons. They charge more money for half the toppings that other Subway locations give. They are usually out of half the ingredients.

My daughter and I went to Subway for lunch. The door has no safety latch to prevent a forceful bounce back upon opening (to exit) and smacked my 6 year old hard in the face. As she was trying to recover another patrol exited and made a comment about the door also. No resolution offered, poor customer service. A really unfortunate event on what was supposed to be a special outing for her.
I stopped in today and ordered a Subway Rancher, item #5 on the menu. I asked the server to make it the way it’s supposed to be made with a little bit of onion. I guess he thought it was funny to put two very tiny slices of onion on my sub . My sub consisted of regular white cheese, chicken, lettuce, bacon, and mayonnaise. When looking back at the menu, there’s supposed to be spinach and tomatoes and ranch sauce so many other things sadly, this was the worst sub that I have ever eaten at any subway. Lesson learned, don’t stop at Barry’s Bay for a sub. .

I recently visited the Subway at Barrie and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service I received. The staff Lovish were friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. My sandwich was made exactly to my liking, with fresh ingredients and a generous amount of toppings. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this Subway location for anyone looking for a quick, delicious meal with outstanding service.

Avoid at all cost!Menu prices are completely misleading. Owner overcharging. Customers walking out after their sandwiches are made because management is charging nearly double what other locations are charging.After you have your sandwich made, you kind of have to pay. You feel obliged even though the price is highway robbery.No way to call head office. No recourse. $20 for a foot long is horrible. Its just unacceptable.Menu board is purposely misleading.Filthy tables.
