Love this bakery for the seed cookies and Guatemalan Roast coffee, one of the best blends I have tasted. You can also buy the beans by the bag at the shop, so I did! Warning: it is difficult to stop eating the seed cookies! Great staff as well, very friendly and courteous.

A top stop in Bayfield. Great coffees, hand-made espresso based drinks, plus a few choice baked goods and a showcase of sandwiches and snacks. Shelves full of treats and of course coffee beans ready to go.We happened in today for a cortado and an espresso tonic. The roaster was in action. So nice to know the excellent coffees are roasted onsite. I’ve ordered online and that also is a good and convenient experience. Thanks for the nice experience always Bayfield baristas!
Spent a few days in Bayfield for vacation and came to Shopbike Coffee Roasters every day. Coffee was fantastic!! I just did Americano hot and iced, rest of the family got Cappuccinos and Latte Macchiatos and everyone loved them.Service was fast and they were busy.Highly recommend when you are in Bayfield.

Definitely my favourite place to get coffee in bayfield I love their Vietnamese espresso it’s delicious! I will say I tried their ice mocha and was less then impressed I am not sure if it was accidentally but the chocolate didn’t melt so it congealed at the bottom and was overall unpleasant. Overall store beautiful and really cool to see their roasting process in the background. Staff is sweet and overall very kind

Great coffee but service is hit and miss depending on who is serving.The young blonde with really long hair has a serious attitude problem and a superiority complex. It’s called customer service!!!! The rest of the girls were very courteous, and the cashier was trying to make up for the very long hair unfriendly one. We were there July 1st weekend. They also have a nice selection of treats and the muffin there was OUTSTANDING!!!!

Corvette vest brought us to townVery disappointing attitudes at the shop were not except-able young girls were rolling eyes at me I was judge as believed I have no idea about lattes as I asked for 3 shots in a latte rather then four which is smaller then a grande also wanted to check on which oat milk they usedI am older and disabled but not stupid when being disrespected when it comes to coffee the Bike shop only offers dietary restricted lattes maybe that needs to changeIn different nationalities elders are respected not thereDietary restrictions: No but dairy free gluten free options
