This place was a big disappointment, we went by default as our other options didn’t work out, we should have known it wasn’t great when the parking lot was empty. I ordered a Caesar that was watered down an tasteless and my husband ordered a beer , he had to pick 3 times before they had something he could settle on , right about now should have been our clue to leave. I ordered nachos that were terrible they were over cooked but the peppers were raw and it came with a broken up hamburger patty on top that you pay $5.00 extra for , the sour cream was actually sour . My husband had fish and chips the fish was soggy and the chips were over cooked and tasted like they were recooked in very old grease. The owner sat in the corner on his laptop and when the young inexperienced waitress told him about this disaster he took the nachos off the bill and sent her to deal with it , she asked what they could tell the kitchen to do differently ? There was never an apology . A couple came in and quickly left without ordering , I wish I was them!

Running out of food seems to be a common theme here….. seriously you run out of wings on a Saturday night??? They also had run out of flat breads, perch and truffle fries. This place was excellent when it was just The Docks, not so great anymore

Really enjoyed this spot. Nice atmosphere, attentive staff, and great food. Sat on the patio and had a great meal with the family. There are lots of good menu options. The Mac and cheese was super cheesy and had a good portion size. The burgers were very well put together with fresh ingredients and had great flavor, the pulled pork was good, and the Asian noodles with chicken had an excellent flavor profile, but used angel hair pasta noodles instead of a classic rice or egg based. A twist that didn't affect the dish too much. I was not a fan of the fish tacos. I absolutely love perch but it didn't seem very fresh and overall was very bland. Still I was very happy with the price point food portion and overall flavor and quality. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are passing through.

We have been to the Hub On the Docks many times and before when it was just The Docks. Food has always been good. That seems to be waning. On Sunday, tried to order the 'tuna stack' (which was excellent when I had it before) - hope, all out of tuna. Strike 1. Then ordered the pear flatbread, which is supposed to have lemon marscapone, salami, pears and arugula. I don't like arugula, so I asked that it be left off. What came to the table was a rectangle of carboard like flatbread - stiff and tasteless - with a whisper of the aforementioned cheese. The pear and salami tasted good, so I ate them and tried to scrape a bit of cheese off the awful flatbread substance.I brought it to the server's attention and she said, "Oh yes, it's just a thin film of cheese but the arugula covers it all up. The chef did comment on how it looked when I picked it up."No offer to make it right in some way - nothing, nada, zilch.Paid full price and left. We won't be returning any time soon.

My friend and I went to have lunch at this establishment on Wednesday. I ordered 1 piece fish and chips and my friend ordered the special, which was hamburger and fries. My piece of fish was way over cooked, hard as a brick. It was horrible! My friend took the top of her bun. There was one spot on the inside of the top. of bun about the size of a quarter that was supposed to be a sauce. The lettuce was a little strip of very wilted questionable lettuce. All in all the experience was awful. I used to love going out here and eating on my he patio. The last time I’ll ever go there. I know times are tough but you guys have to step up the food.

Went with my wife and 2 kids.Portions are large. We had the half nacho platter for sharing, my wife had the pear salad, my son had the fish and chips, my daughter had the hamburger and I had the BBQ Platter with Brisket (pictured). The brisket was as tender as can be. Delicious. The nachos were great as well.Very friendly staff, also very nice for the kids.

A very nice little place. Off the beaten path. Service was great. Food was excellent. We sat on the patio nice but very overgrown. No view of the water. I would go back. But I think they should cut back the bushes.

We visited The Hub on the Docks last week and it was a disappointing experience overall. We had a wonderful server and she did her best so we felt bad for her.The kitchen was out of pinot grigio, chocolate milk, sweet potato fries, carrot cake, nachos and cookes for the kids' dinners. Being out of one or two of those items is understandable but all of those was a bit surprising and disappointing. Also, the air conditioning in the restaurant was not working well and both my parents and in-laws were super uncomfortable as were the kids.My in-laws were especially disheartened as this evening out was a celebration they had planned for our family and they had read such good reviews online.

Great location, great atmosphere, great menu options. A few missed minor attention to details is the reason for my 4 star
